Requested check 03/08, still pending.


Busted the remaining money after max check request. Really tempted to cancel the check and just play, but cash is always king.

Sucks we cant deposit while we wait..

2/13 still pending. Miracle if I get one check this year. I just hope things get worked out. I dont think merge would steal the money, but this is def not good. Im just distraught with that is going on. and no I dont believe anything people in connection with merge managament have Been told and repeat to the rest of us. Until I see that payments have been processed, I will continue to believe that were noy getting our money. I want to be optimistic, but like they say, actions speak louder than words.. and these actions by merge have spoken a whole lot.

I asked the support a minute ago in that regards and they told me that they cannot give any high priority only that they will do their best to process the withdraw in the timeframe (sure )

It may be useful if someone could go back and figure out the oldest claimed withdrawal date that has NOT been paid yet AND the most recent withdrawal date that HAS been paid. We'd then have a range to look at in addition to the average withdrawal time.

I can confirm I had a successful withdrawal via check from a 2/16 request date. I think I've seen several others after that date that have also received checks. Figuring out the most recent successful date would be good to know. I don't think anyone is waiting for checks requested in January, but I think a handful of mid to early February requests are still waiting, but not sure the earliest date. Knowing that latest date NOT fulfilled yet would be good to know, too.

And to add insult to injury, I had to stop writing this post mid sentence because FedEx stopped by to deliver my latest Bovada withdrawal (from last Thursday)...

oldest one outstanding is 2/11.. There have been a few 2/13 and a few 2/16 processed as well as 1 on 2/26 (clear exception).. Most of the ones from after 2/13 still haven't been processed

So 2/26 is the most recent successful withdraw via check and 2/11 is the farthest back withdrawal not received? Let's keep our eye on that date range and hope both dates fall to more recent ones.

uhh yes you should definitely cancel your withdrawal and keep playing. deposit while you wait for a cashout??? this doesn't even make any sense. You either want to play online poker or you don't. if you o then cancel your cashout and keep grinding. Then when you make enough to request a 2500 check and still have like 1000 on there then make withdrawal. How can everyone expect to receive their checks in a timely manner when there are so many people requesting cashouts that shouldn't be. there should only be a cpl hundred ppl out of the 20k ppl on the site making withdrawals at all. the n00bs who are cashing out prematurely could be ruining the game.

Everyone on here whos blaming carbon are just degenerate gamblers who will never make a long term profit at poker anyways. Just shut up and keep playing til you lose it all to me or improve and can make real money doing this.

Carbon hasn't been tryin to screw and steal from yall for the last 4 years. All of a sudden they got the idea to be thieves now? I highly doubt that. I hate speculating at all because speculating is just that, speculating but....if I was in charge of the poker room and I saw a ton of people making cashouts and not a lot of people playing on here everyday and not a lot of people making deposits...then yea it probably wouldn't be easy or possible to keep the card room running and pay everyone..especially in a timely manner. Less cashouts....more registering for tournaments....getting more players to deposit sounds like a good formula for keeping a poker room alive.

I agree that the customer service on carbons end could be better when talking about these cashout issues but put yourself in their shoes. They wouldn't want to act like theyre having any sort of issue if they were because it would discourage you all from playing. But apparently you are all real good at scaring yourselves with made up scenarios in your head anyways.

I realize checks are taking a very long time and the Skrill option has recently been removed for most but what's the average wait time for bank wire withdrawals for ROW?

Apologies if I overlooked any information regarding pending bank wire withdrawals but can't seem to find any cashout time history for those that have had bank wire withdrawals set up long before Skrill was taken away.

Row players now have to request bank wires which merge says will take 2-4 weeks. Bank wires for us players have been taking 8 weeks I think. Maybe more or less

Any Row players can confirm that bank wire is working? Someone who made a succsessful bank wire transfer the last 2-4 weeks?

last one I got 2 weeks ago took 7 weeks, over the last few years they have averaged 14 days or less I would guesstimate

Stax41, in contrast to what the above poster says, I believe whether or not you cancel your withdrawal should be based on your perception of what is going on, and your own reasoning for playing online poker, in general and on this particular site. If you either think things will be fine regardless on Merge or you think playing there will help right the situation, or you love their software because it's awesome, but of course you can't deposit, then sure maybe you should cancel.

But if you don't feel secure and confident about this situation and you find it strange that you can't deposit because of your outstanding withdrawal, maybe you should just keep the withdrawal going and find another place to play until you feel more confident.

Don't listen to people judging you for how you deal with this situation.

yea move all our money to another merge skin. and then when everyone freaks when cashouts take too long on that skin we can all abort that mission and put our money somewhere else. you are all doing this to yourselves.

I don't care what site it is. bovada whatever. they aren't going to be able to hold true to their quick cashout times either if everyone who plays decides to crap their pants and stop playing as soon as a cashout takes a week or two longer then promised.

no, they did however remove the option to get quicker cashouts (skrill) as an option

educate yourself.. it's twice as long as advertised at the moment (around 5 weeks) not a week longer

My mid march cashout is still pending.

Some players that had requests pending from mid feb announced on this thread that their checks were now being sent. But as far as I know they haven't posted that they got their check in hand and I thought it was only supposed to take a week. Updates please!

I was suggesting this as an alternative to canceling your place in the withdraw line and still playing on the software. Settle down man.

do you think everyone who plays on the site freaking out and pulling their money off will help or hurt the situation? my guess is it would hurt it. do you think carbons big plans for 2015 was to screw us all and take our money? I don't. so yea I think if we keep playing and people stop acting like its the apocalypse then everything will be fine. well keep playing and carbon will keep raking. of course this isnt a certainty...how could it be? the carbon people need their money and the people cashing out need their money. you shouldn't be cashing out unless youre retiring from poker for good or youre requesting a max check and keeping your roll flowing.

players who are down a ton of money shouldnt care about possibly losing a little more. players who are break even players shouldn't be requesting cashouts as soon as they hit a tiny score, cause theyre probably just gonna lose and redeposit anyways. winning players, like me, should be a little worried cause we are greedy and we want our winnings and we are doin this to be serious. but even that bein said most winning players deposited a very small amount and ran it up. we made money in the us playing online poker when its illegal. you've gotta be overall happy about makin the money at all.

so why is everyone mad/filled with angst. I think the main reason is because all of these players love poker. And they don't want it to end. They want to be able to log in every day, play, and talk crap to people anonymously. I can promise you that there will not be any poker if everyone cash outs and stops playing...duh! so why is that what is being suggested on this forum? I suggest that we keep playing through it. not doing that will only amplify the problem.
