initial request 1/28 on sportsbook ...US player

I got an email on 3/19 from sportsbook saying this:

"We are pleased to inform you that your withdrawal ) has been processed.

To view your withdrawal details and tracking information go to the Cashier area. Under the Account History tab select Transaction Type: Withdrawals.

If you have any further queries do not hesitate to contact us"

THEN on 3/26 I got this email from sportsbook support:

We refer to your account and are pleased to confirm that your withdrawal Trans ID: xxxx for $xxxx has been sent. Unfortunately we do not have a tracking number on this occasion but you should be receiving your package shortly.

If you have any questions regarding this or any other matter do not hesitate to contact us.

This was weird b/c I thought my check was sent out last week as opposed to yesterday

so.... I do hope I get my check this week, because next week is week # 9 I will update when checks in hand

Yeah they send another follow up e-mail after the 1st one. It's usually with a tracking # and that's when they ship it. Not when you get the 1st "processed" e-mail.

Ah I understand, I wont be that upset if I get the check today or tmrw. I was not aware of the two processing emails

what do u guys say when asked who the money is coming from? when i went to my bank to take out more than the ATM would allow they started asking a lot of questions. when i was asked how i got the money i replied, "I do some business over the internet" and she asked me "do u sell things off ebay" and i said "its similar to ebay". Now my check in on HOLD for up to 45 days eventho i already took out $1K from the ATM (500 at a time) b4 this happend.

i got another check for 2500 requested off carbon, what should i tell them if they ask me those type of questions next time i get my check, im gonna go to the bank in a different location to avoid speaking with the same people.

is the check from asia? or montreal? They shouldnt be asking but investment sounds good, tell them your a forex trader or something, after it clears (this happened to me ) I made sure that they never did it again and threatened to change banks, that worked.

check came from canada, im using PNC bank. Ill go with "invesment" next time, hopefully they buy it!

I just tell the bank I do some outsourcing work for an international business/company overseas. That's the reason for a foreign check.

One of my checks was returned to me. That's never happened and im worried if that doesn't leave me in good standing with the bank. It said the check was returned to me, Return reason- see maker. The bank also charged me a $12 transaction fee and sent me a legal copy of the check, not the original.

They also sent another piece of paper with tons of single spaced text about what is a subsitute check? what are my rights regarding substitute checks? How do I make a claim for a refund? Wow. Has this happened to anyone else? If so, do you mind telling me wtf i'm supposed to do? if there's anything i'm supposed to do?

I also contacted poker support, they told me to scan them the check and they will "investigate".

I'm really nervous. Don't know if i should even try depositing the other check I have at this point. I'm kinda going nuts, i knew this was a risk, but holy cow, I've still got another ~12k in pending checks.

I just had the exact same thing happen to me. It was with a Canadian check that wasn't guaranteed by a U.S. bank like all the other checks they usually send. I informed customer service and they are supposed to get back to me within 24-48 hours. We'll see...

Just post the date requested and the date the check is in your hands. Everything that happens in between is irrelevant.

When people post that their check has bounced, I see nothing wrong with getting ALL the details as that is a big concern (which skin, when, etc.)

I was referring to request and withdrawal times. Obviously this thread is meant for pertinent information and I would want to read about that. I'm not a thread Nazi I just wish people wouldn't clutter it up so bad with info. that serves literally zero purpose.

It's super-annoying to see a million posts talking about requests for withdrawals nobody cares about.

Like, I'm waiting for money too dude...So is pretty much everyone reading this thread. It's redundant info.

It's only relevant they post the date they request the check and the date it gets in their hands so the rest of us can gauge when our checks will hit our hands.

Netspend is the only one that i know of that works they allow international transactions which is why most prepaid cards get denied because they don't do international.

Still waiting on a cashout from Mar 11th
