My check got approved 1/28 as well but I haven't received it yet. When I call Fedex, they say they need to know if it was air or ground shipping and what day it was shipped on. If anyone could help me with that info, I'd greatly appreciate it. Thanks.

Yes. Though they probably allow you to request multiple withdrawals. Carbon uses the same cashier and one can request 2 withdrawals per day to infinity. Checks queue up and after the initial wait subsequent checks in queue come every 10-14 days it appears.

Acceptance rates are much higher than they used to be. But one pretty much has to simply try what is available to them. A tip is to make sure your cards are authorized for international transactions.
