Can we try to isolate factors that may lead to the bannings?

Can the guys who have been banned share:

1) what games/stakes they played (including cash vs tourneys)
2) average winnings per month (or less specifically just say if big winner or not)
3) how many hands per month? (maybe they are just banning the biggest grinders?)
4) what location are they playing from
5) any other reason possible, such as multiaccounting, abusive chat, etc.

Thanks.

Including the folks who were initially banned several years ago, my best guess would be multiple max cash outs.

I think it's a combination of time spent on site/consistent winner + big recent upswing. At least that's the case with me and with another buddy of mine who played here.

I prob grinded about as much as anyone can grind given the volume you can do on this site, which was about 30k/hands month.

I didn't do any abusive chat or other **** beyond the average player, lol. I'm in U.S. and never MA'd.

If you grind this site a lot, after having a big upswing, I would seriously consider dumping chips to a friend in fake HU session. Their support prob wouldn't know the difference even if someone emailed them the HHs.

Thanks Ralph, looks like you had a 30k upswing in about 30k hands at the end there, maybe that was the final straw.

Good job crushing BTW, 100k made in less than a year on Merge is not easy. Care to reveal or PM sn now that you're banned? And did you play nothing but 2/5?

Still not working
Maybe try uninstalling avira and seeing if you can connect? Firewalls can lie about what theyre blocking.

Ty. The SN is in the screenshot. I played a sprinkling of 200nl over the past year while mostly playing 500. I did win the Sunday mega sometime in October for ~9k but I didn't finish up much in MTTs on the site for the year, like maybe a few thousand.

It's almost certainly based on winning too much for their liking. They don't like their sports fish losing it all in the lower raked poker games as opposed to higher profit sports betting platform.

All this banning is ridiculous. Do they not realize banning the best regs isn't really going to help much? The other regs winrates will just go up and the recs will still get destroyed being losing players combined with 5 dollar rake. Anyway GG guys sucks you got banned

One thing that could help not being banned is make a few -EV bets with the site. Nothin crazy but kinda keep them thinking maybe you'll degen it up every now and then.

Im back with new windows and the software still just "connects..." for 3 seconds and then closes automatically without an error.
Start to lose hope. Carbon support said they cant help me because the problem is on my end.

yeah absolutely, i think the net effect of the bans is very minimal as you suggest

Have you tried logging in from somewhere else like a friends place? Maybe they're blocking your ip address.

Logging in from another PC with Windows 7 worked for me.
At home still no chance (Windows 10).

Logging in via Browser works, so I dont think it has something to do with ip.

Then I thought... wait a second.

It worked

So I can switch Win 10 to Win 7 compatibility mode?!
Or am I missing something?!

edit: Ahhh, I think I got it.
Heres a workaround:

yes just right click the client in your installation folder and choose the option to use compatability mode or something called like that.

When you get banned can you still cashout your remaining balance?
