It looks like the maintenance reset my balance to what it was over a week ago. Anyone else have this issue? I'm hoping it's just a glitch as I'm up about $1k since then.

is the poker end of carbon and sportsbook working? I ask only cause the sportsbooks are all unavailable for me...

I thought your reply was fine and not trolling as well. My posts are strickly my opinions and observations and I think you responded appropriately. None of these posts are personal Im just expressing my thoughts on the current payout situation which by my standard is unacceptable. If you are a still comfortable playing on carbon with 3-4 month payouts who am I to criticize anyone on how you spend your time and or money. My comments are meant for any new members who are thinking of depositing here. If you are pro merge and are happy with the current status quo nothing I say will change your opinion about the site and that's fine by me. I know for me it would take actual results and not just words to get me to invest my time and money building a roll that wont be readily be available for me to withdraw in a reasonable amount of time. My only motivation is money so if merge steped up and got withdrawal times in line with their competition (bovada, winning, chico) I would have no problem added them into my schedule. You sound like a pretty good guy so we can just agree to disagree.

I'm finding Sharkscope has large gaps of missing tournament data. It shows my tournaments from 3 weeks ago, but nothing since. And there are also holes prior to that time.

Anyone know what the issue is? I do some programming, so I know how easy it is to download Carbon tournament results, parse the data, and insert into a db. There's no excuse for missing data, for the publicly available MTTs anyway.

Appreciate your reasoned reply. Not happy with current cashout issues as I've stated in past posts. But also not happy when a select few just outright lie about the situation. I just state the facts and some get bent out of shape with that. C'est la vie.

They stopped receiving my info at the end of May. I reported it to Sharkscope and they said the problem is on Merge's end and I would need to contact them. The same thing is happening on OPR as well with selected tourney's...the $11 Nightly most notably.

Yep SS told me the same thing. OPR has a lot more of the data for the past few months. Wasn't aware they were missing anything, that's good to know.

Is anyone having random disconnection issues lately? It's like every 45 mins all my tables disconnect simultaneously and only sometimes recover such that my hand isn't folded. Lost me some money today when I timed out and checked flop in 3! pot w/flopped nuts

So I have been a big supporter of Merge but I am getting ticked off and have since ceased my normal volume of play. If they fix my issues I may ramp it back up again but thought I would share:
1. For whatever reason they have capped me at 6 tables....Makes zero since as #1 I'm not a cash game player and #2 I play a wide range of tourneys (Highest buyin's all the way down to low buyins). WTF, its not even like Im a BEAST or anything like that on the site.
2. I have had the software crap out on me twice....Couldnt move or close it and had no visibility to my cards. Reseting or switching computers did nothing and all of my other poker sites were working fine. Support tells me they cant give an explanation but that they will give me a $33 tourny ticket. In both instances the tourny I was in was a $109
3. I am soo tired of waiting 3 months to get paid. I have 8 max checks worth that At the rate it's going will take 1 year+ to get.

When I asked why should I keep playing given all of the above, they then offerred another tourney ticket for the inconvenience.

Um, just tried to check my bankroll, both by clicking the deposit button on the client and going up and selecting Player Admin under Account in the menu bar, and am seeing another player's screen name and bankroll. In Player Admin I can see the other player's contact info and address. Is this happening for anyone else??

That has happened in the past and they completely swept in under the carpet. If it is the same as last time, you are actually on someone else's account.

I had 10k go missing last sunday. I played a really long session(around 15 hours) got disconnected a bunch during the session but auto reconnected then All of a sudden every table I was at closed abruptly and I said *** it and went to bed, woke up and my account was 10k less than what it should have been. I emailed carbon trying to get a debit/credit list or w/e but they were unable to provide me with anything.

Yeah from 11 days ago. My hm2 never misses a hand and it had me down about 2k or so but when I logged back in a bit later my balance was off by around 12k the 2k I lost + another 10k
