Im pretty sure its not a good idea to ever leave your computer on and unlocked when out of the house especially while logged in to a poker site you have real money on. Just a thought

This is irrelevant to what happened. I have discovered a defect where players can be moved from practice to real money by only refreshing the page. End of story.

It's the players obligation to know what he/she is betting. There is a clear distinction between real and play money.

Say you won the bets, would you give the money back to Carbon? Tell them it was a mistake?

Are you aware that there is no distinction between practice and real money while in 100 hand joker poker? How would someone know what they were betting on if they were playing practice and switched to real money without their knowledge. Dont be so F'ing ignorant.

I doubt they would put that in the fine print unless it was a requirement. You could always make a $10 bet now and see if they give you the free bet, but I wouldn't count on it. If you just wait 5 hours, you should be good.

same problem here, support told me i need to give them the hand #s when the connection lost, despite the fact that they admit there some "cable" issue that caused disruptions in many states. hard to give the hand # when i closed the client and tried to log back again and again. the lack of refunds is really a shame

Probably cost me $500-$700 last month in disconnecting and not getting a single refund. Probably time to cash out and just add turbo MTTs on Bovada to get my table count up.
