Based on what the lobby said when I looked at this they paid out $140 of the prizepool that totaled $435. What did they do with the rest of the $?

I was playing earlier today and some cash tables I was at just seemed to freeze and disappear. It was weird because other tables played just fine.

See this deposit/withdrawal thread that I started for the mos recent 2+2'er accounts

On average, last month cashouts were 21.63 days for checks to US players, and the 4 month average is 14.77 days. Times however have been creeping up, as they do every year, around the holidays and usually climaxing with the superbowl, before going back down again.

Kahn,

Any word if they're going to desegregate some/any of the ring games? That would be fantastic news.

Which ones are segregated and could potentially be integrated for cash games?

Unless something has changed only Carbon/Aced are together and we can't play cash ring games with the player pools from any other skins. Been this way at least the last 6 months.

Poker Host is lumped in with Carbon/Aced as well except for some tournaments like the OPS. Sportsbook/Players Only have their own games for everything except $5.50 and under sit n goes. Hopefully they take down the fences for everything.

Keep in mind, those are only the MTTs with > 5k GTD listed. The others are profitable as well. Like I keep saying, the company is plenty profitable, any and all nonsense about them pulling a Lock is simply ignorance and fear asserting itself.

Let us hope that the numbers for this small reintegration of SNGS work out. If so, we may see more

There are more Jazette skins than SB and PO but they'd all be shared if any more reintegration takes place. Rewind nearly 3 years, and everything was 100% shared. Merge was triple the size it is now back then. Although the Jazette partition is smaller than the Carbon/Aced/PokerHost partition, there is a multiplier effect when the traffic is (forgive the pun) merged. Let us not get ahead of ourselves though. I sincerely doubt we'll ever see full integration. But anything more than nothing is a plus

Again you're suggesting that traffic could triple if the skins reintegrated, and that simply isn't true. The skins that left the Merge network were only a fraction of the total traffic. If the skins reintegrated traffic would increase but not by the numbers you are suggesting. It's true that traffic begets traffic in the online poker world but to imply that the bump in traffic that reintegration would create, would cause Merge to rival Bovada, is just silly.

You also flatly stated recently in another post that traffic would triple if the skins reintegrated which I contradicted. The reason that this bothers me is because that entirely puts the blame on the reduced traffic on the Jazette skins leaving the network; and that is far from the truth. Traffic took a nose dive when Merge stole from the players, increased the rake and reduced support, among other things. Segregation was just one of several things that caused the decline of the Merge Network. Nothing gets fixed if history gets rewritten and the real underlying problems aren't addressed.

Believe what you will. In my world, regs follow fish. Bovada is proof of that. I am of the opinion traffic would triple.

Which skin actually owns Merge? Who makes the ultimate decisions in terms of which skin can be a part of the network and all the other high level rules that every skin must follow?

I don't often agree with affiliates and what they say, but this is about as honest as an affiliate can be. Bovada has the fish.

Desegregation would help a bit because traffic does create traffic, but they need to change these awful structures to get back to where they used to be. I don't see them ever desegregating cash unfortunately.

Meh. I've had two separate villains on Carbon stack off 100bb's at 10NL/25NL Full Ring to me on a double paired board because they either couldn't fold their flush or didn't see the board was double paired. The BEST part is that I can note both those players and know exactly who they are when we meet again and I've got my HUD and I can play my usual 6 to 7 tables at once.

You're right about one thing. It will never happen. Your post is no different than many others, since the subforum disappeared, in that you become belittling or condescending to anyone who you see as a threat to the biased story you are trying to sell to players.

Bovada has the player pool that it has now because it has actively recruited ROW players. In particular they've recruited players from an Asian market that aren't very familiar with poker and haven't easy access to the learning materials that we take for granted. Merge has shown no interest in getting players from the ROW market since its US Sportsbooks have no use for them.

You make the misleading statements that you do in order to reinvent Merge history. When the subforum disappeared so did the history of how Merge got to the place it is now. You've taken the dissolution of the subforum as an opportunity to absolve Merge from its bad decisions and put the blame entirely on Jazette's segregation. The fact of the matter is that the segregation happened very recently and the player pool had already become decimated before it happened. Reintegrating the player pool would only get us back to where we were prior to the segregation and even that would take some time considering that players who left as a result would take time to trickle back to the network. Your insistence that the player pool would triple is an outright attempt at deception.
