looks like carbon vip tiers has changed. Only a 3 levels now and top level is invite only. So not sure if its good or bad thing.

I thought players from all skins were in the same MTT pool but I just look at sportsbook MTT schedule are there are very few tournies with guarantees so these must be segregated as well

Considering that they aren't doing good things these days, I think that it can be assumed that it's a very bad thing. It's pretty much gutted the VIP system. The idea that the Carbon Elite level is by invite only is absurd. Without a Carbon Rep, who exactly is even going to explain to us what that is about? Clearly they want to put a strict limit on the number of players who can get to the Carbon Elite level.

Also it looks like the promos this month are pretty much non-existant.

So for Carbon Elite, which is invite only, you get 35% VIP Points to Cash Exchange Rate. You get $50 for every 1,425 VIP points (which is great!), however you only get to do 5 of these each calendar month. A total of $250 in rakeback.

35% Points for Cash Exchange of (1,425 VIP points for $50.00 instant cash)

Players on Carbon, Carbon Plus, Carbon Elite, are currently limited to five (5) VIP Points for cash exchanges per calendar month.

Carbon Plus, which has 15% Points for Cash Exchange (10,000 VIP points for $150.00 instant cash) would allow you to cash in $750 in rakeback if you were able to accumulate 50k VIP points each calendar month

. At this point though I imagine you would be invited to Carbon Elite where you can only cash in $250.

And where TF are my VIP points? They aren't showing up in the lobby.

EDIT: Got off live chat and found my points under the Promo>VIP Program tab at top of lobby. They're still there, just not showing up under "Cashier" tab like usual. Anyone else experience this?

Wow I was about to make Carbon my full time site. Now I'm about to cashout my roll. I'll give it a day or 2 for them to explain themselves. But I don't see anything good coming out. They gutted their VIP program a few months ago and now they're making it even worse.

They dropped the rake to 5% from 5.5%, and lowered the max rake taken from 6-10 (players seated) to $3 from $4. Also, the rake adjustments are for ALL stakes.
