I've commented on this sentiment several times, but apparently it bears repeating.

This was the same thing I wrestled with as well - but at the end of the day, I can't go door to door and make every person owed by Lock aware of this report. I know if I was waiting 10 months for a check, I'd be hounding every resource I could possibly find to see why in the hell I was waiting so long.

2+2 is the most popular poker forum in the world. Now, I'm not saying the guy waiting that long who hasn't found this place is doing anything wrong - as I've stated, a person's prerogative is truly their own and I don't begrudge them their right to do as they please. But to even say respectfully as you did Woodsman that somehow the players on this list are getting fast-tracked ahead of others is a bit of a misnomer. There are 184 players as of 4pm EST on the report now. This isn't Cardschat or some other affiliate push for a couple dozen folks owed a hundred apiece. This was an organic thing that has grown tremendously in a few months. And these people who've been put through the ringer and had the gumption to seek out information on the subject are getting the attention they richly deserve. Whether that attention leads to them getting what is owed is now on Shane's shoulders.

It's true that Lock didn't need any list of mine to know who they owe, how much they owe, and how many they owe it to. But hopefully, despite every inclination that I agree with mostly in how you view their sincerity, this will lead them to just wipe out their entire "backlog" as they put it. I won't hold my breath on that one, but...in the end, if getting over 100 players paid does indeed happen, then my doing this at least got 100 players paid that perhaps may not have sans the report.

And again, as I've stated, I won't stop running the report until there is zero players on it. So this isn't going to be a flash in the pan, "couple folks get paid out and I let up" type deal. Not in the slightest. I don't stop until the report isn't needed - and that's when everyone's paid in full what they are owed.

Nuts, again, I have no problem with what you are doing here. Good job. I will probably end up giving you my info, simply because of the small chance that if Lock decides to put a band-aid on their situation by paying off part or all of this list I would be stupid not to take advantage of it.

Make no mistake though. These guys are crooks. They're hiding the truth to continue stealing. Plain and simple.

That being said Nuts, I truly hope people on this list get paid and your hard work is not in vain.

I think you are all delusional if you think you will ever see funds from lock. They sent me an email the other day saying they moved networks and that if I moved my account over they will give me a 25k ticket worth $109... Oh and also a big deposit bonus on dep up to $2000.

This thread should stick to ihasthenutz report and reported cash outs (I am well aware of the severe lack of any cashouts)... we are all well aware of locks issues, we have heard everyones opinions on the situation. save this thread for actual information instead of random opinions

I would like to add my cashout to the report. I have been waiting since 5/29. It was processed and verified at the beinning of October, but I am still awaiting the MTCN.

No improvement we will go allout to do us much to damage to their reputations and future earnings as possible. got a few ex-lock players commited to doing whatever, not taking this lying down. They had their chances. Makes me sick to think these scumbags are under the impression they can get away with this theft, never gonna happen without consequence. Wish I had seen this thread sooner. Got an email for the new Lock Poker 2.0. Hadn't played in ages so I figured I would roll with it. Downloaded, installed, deposited $400. Long story short, I went on a mini bender starting with SnG and working my way up to 25/50 NL, and ran my account up to about $7600 in less than a week. Went to login this morning to process a withdrawal before I started breaking, and my account has been held. No idea what that means, but I am now scared that they are going to screw me over. Going to try working with them but I am afraid it's a lost cause.

Guess my question is, should I fight for my cash or should I just contact my bank to initiate a chargeback for failing to provide services and just get my original 400 back and call it good. Would like my full bank - who wouldn't - but a wash would be okay with me after seeing the debacle that is going on at Lock.

If it were me I'd get my $400 back and call it a day. It just isn't worth it to try dealing with them.

Seems as if Lock Just wants to see How long they can go with out paying there players I have been waiting forever just like everyone else.

As for your payout. I see that it has been verified and is in the queue for processing as soon as possible. The reason you’ve been waiting this long is due to a processing issue. Each 3rd party provider we work with can only send out so much on a daily/weekly basis, which has created a backlog.

With the launch of our very own Poker Client, you can see that things are improving here at Lock. We’ve also taken on new providers to assist with backlog and get your payout to you sooner.

This is the beginning of new and great things with Lock. Our number one priority is still getting our payout timeframes back to normal, so you shouldn’t be waiting too much longer now.

There's a tiny shred of truth in that email -- that is, that the processors can only send out so much.

They can only send out as much as Lock gives them to send out.

I also got the same stock email reply from lock about the new network being a sign of good things to come. I have emailed them back and forth for about 5 months and always got a stock email response.
