The site lists it as a "50:50 no cure no pay collection offer" - no fee up front, you pay half of what they recover of your funds. Ideally, at least.

That is his backstory. Safe to say - not the hardest pattern to notice, and realistically at this point he will continue to repeat it over and over. Best that can be done is warn others to not join him on his life dedicated to being Sisyphus (without ever pushing a rock up at all).
Again, didn't really hurt to sign up. Took me like 10 minutes to register and write out responses to their form. If this has a 1% chance of succeeding, that's a good hourly rate.
