If you are owed money by Lock Poker and have some proof def go there and get your case claimed to the lawyers.
Do you have any actual proof that this lawsuit is proceeding? If so, I would love to see it. Hell, I might even publish something to help increase exposure... if it is veritably real. Which I certainly have my doubts about.

I followed their process to submit a claim. I'm owed $5K. They didn't really ask for personal info other than name. Can't hurt.

IneedpaidFF, thank you for sharing the link.

Sure no problem.
They are being sued right now in the Curacua courts.
Looks like they might have to pay up though not an expert on the legal stuff.

The guy at game protect website is only person keeping an eye on this stuff to my knowledge.

Did you guys need to pay cash upfront to file a claim with game-protect?

This guy lost money at Lock Poker (even though many people here, including myself, tried very very hard to get people to leave that room when they could recover some of their money).

After that he lost money at Full Flush (hence his user name) despite many posters trying for months or even a year to get guys like that to stop playing there (that is while he was grinding/accumulating his useless 6 figure balance there vs players who did not consider the money real).

After that he invested time/money into that Player Protect scam (account has long been banned here) despite many posters trying to get him to see (for months+) that it was nothing but a waste.

That is his backstory. Safe to say - not the hardest pattern to notice, and realistically at this point he will continue to repeat it over and over. Best that can be done is warn others to not join him on his life dedicated to being Sisyphus (without ever pushing a rock up at all).

The site lists it as a "50:50 no cure no pay collection offer" - no fee up front, you pay half of what they recover of your funds. Ideally, at least.

Again, didn't really hurt to sign up. Took me like 10 minutes to register and write out responses to their form. If this has a 1% chance of succeeding, that's a good hourly rate.

Well, this is barely a step above someone sending you a random link to click and sign up and give some personal information in the hope of getting a reward of some kind, even a small chance of one. Go to the spam filter of your email and you can find a whole world of things for you to click and sign up to receive. I got an offer to reduce my utility bill by 80% for instance, what can go wrong when I click and give some data, it will only take a few minutes...

This Ineedpaid guy is the living embodiment of bad choices, but good luck following his suggestion and signing up with that company that was banned from 2+2.
