I cannot really find a place for this in the forum to discuss this but my original Pokerstars account was frozen for someone reporting me underage ''which im not'' but when I provided them my verification information I remembered I never put my real name on the account. Though I have the email, I know the name, and I know the password I do not think they can open it back up for me. Is this impossible for me to fix and explain to them?

I think it is useless to keep this account anymore and you have zero chances to unblock it. Just make a pause, choose another room to play and after 2-3 months will pass open the new PS acc with your real name and verify it with your docs.

Just email support and explain your situation and hope for the best.

You are breaking TOS - so I wouldn't be suprised if they decide not to reopen.

I'm not 100% sure what you are saying. Do you have this one, now locked, stars account, or do you have more than one ?

My advice would be to contact stars and explain the situation, and hope that they don't just permanently ban you. I don't understand why would you open the account under a false name to begin with ?

Moving this thread to Internet Poker.

Explain the situation, but do not tell them your real name or any real information at any time.

Undafeated1,

If you have done nothing wrong you have nothing to fear. I sent you a private message suggesting you email playeradvocate@pokerstars.com But as you are relatively new on the forum, posting as well in the event you don't see the PM.

Regards,
Joan H.
