Except that many of their licensees are rogue and they do not care. In addition to over 20 Tusk skins, Eurolinx, Betonbet, Betholdem and 24Poker all went bust and players did not get paid. Bodog saved the Betholdem players with a WR, the others were all screwed while MG buried their head in the sand and acted like it was not their problem to make sure their licensees were liquid.
There is a clearinghouse where funds are held when players between two skins lose money. When all of these sites failed, it would appear MG just kept the money that was in it. Players that had won in the days before basically had MG take their money. MG has never denied that this happened. It has been discussed many times as players wondered what happened to these money they won on the network days before the closure of skins. There is no other explanation for where that money went.
Considering how the network works, it is hard to trust any site that continues to stay on a network where the head of the network cares zero about players and has decided when major skins fail it is not their problem as long as they get their rake. Any player that plays on the network should at least know the risks.
