Anyone know what CSG means? I got a $50 credit to my account and in the history it says CSG all capital green letters, nothing else.

Looks like is a promotion payment of your affiliate. Most likely a rakerace from RTR. I got some rakerace payments from them with the same title.

My rake provider is raketherake. Has anyone had any experience contacting them to speed up the cashout process? Were they able to do anything?

I have RTR, but never contacted them to speed up my cash out. I'm interested in hearing if they are able to help or not.

I've contacted them a couple of times regarding my cashout from September, which I still have not received. I believe that they contacted JS on my behalf, but to no apparent effect.

This is my 2nd cashout with Juicy stakes/cake. Last one took just over one month. I feel that sending frequent e-mails to my rakeback provider (rakebrain) really helped expedite things.

US Player. I sent a few emails to my rakeback affiliate asking to expedite the process and a couple of e-mails directly to Juicy Stakes support. Don't know if they helped, but 2 months seems pretty good compared to others on here. I requested another for $3000 as soon as this one processed, so we'll see how that goes.

been waiting since October 16 for a cashout of $214.49 and still not been paid yet. Yet I see so many have been paid much larger amounts in much less time. This site is a scam and does not pay all it's players. I have a large history of emails between me and this site requesting my cashout. Anyone got any suggestions?

I was on Cake Poker, then got switched to Juicy after they renamed/transferred the money... I requested a cashout in Sept or Oct, and they still give me the same line over and over when I e-mail:

This is the thread for juicy stakes cashouts. They will have better answers on how long it takes. I believe you should be paid soon but I thought you should have been paid already.
