2. There might be some hassle, because the check was dated in May (WHAT).

WHAT. THE. ****. If the check was dated in May, that means they were PURPOSELY holding back from sending it for that 6 months gap, correct?
That is horrible!! I have been waiting for a month or so...sounds like the wait is far from over!!

Not sure what that means, but Rakeback responded that I have been moved up the priority list. We'll see.......drivers license sent on 11/24
Update (sort of) As of today, my account is still not enabled for cash outs.
It's been 1 month since I sent in the documents. I still can't request a cash out.

My orig plan was to submit a cash out but to keep playing on this site. If my account ever gets enabledfor cash outs, I'll close it until I read here that they have their act together. Wait mode continues................

March, really? That's terrible. Are you positive it was that long ago?

Also, disappointing that it seems jsp has not improved cashouts times at all since the move, and not seeing usa checks being received ITT basically means there is zero reason to play here. Those with the right affiliates still receive expedited cashouts, but jsp no longer even has the best value on the network for grinders. Stay away like the plague.

Progress to report ! After 1 month, my account is now enabled for cash outs. Being in US, I can only withdraw via check. Withdrawal requested today. I'll update again when I receive notice that a check is enroute.

Check requested mid-July'12 (from Cake)... followed up with JS support about once a month since then. Always recieved courteous replies stating I would definately be paid but they could not garuntee when.
Finally, about 10 days ago I send another message to Juicy Stakes support and they said my check would be processed shortly.
Sure enough, 2 days ago when I logged in and checked the cashier tab, the pending cashout section with the cancel button had disappeared. Got an e-mail from support yesterday that check had been processed.
FedEx delivered it to my door 30 minutes ago... yeah!!
So, it took almost exactly 5 months, which is completely unacceptable but at this point I'm just so excited that I got it at all. Now, headed to WF to deposit it and hoping it clears fine.

That's interesting because that part was easy and quick for me. I scanned all the documents, emailed them in and had no issues. Well, originally I sent B&W PDF's but they replied that they could only accept color. Once I re-did using color PDF's they enabled that option immediately... same day I beleive! One thing I've noticed is that in all my dealings with cake or JS support, they have been excellent and very responsive... and have rectified anything within their realm of control promptlly. Wierd that you had a different experience. Good luck on your cashout!

I made a cashout a week ago to Neteller. Asked my affiliate to speed it up and have sent 2 emails to JS support and still nothing. This is e-mail form support less than 2 days ago.

Hello xxxxx

Thank you for your email. Due to the current delays we are experiencing with cashouts, I'm afraid we cannot confirm a timeframe as we could not guarantee a timeframe and we do not wish to mislead you. We are hoping you won't be waiting much longer and we will email you as soon as the funds have been sent. I'm very sorry for the inconvenience caused.

Please let us know if we can be of further assistance.

Kind Regards

Joyce

so i am staking my American friend for mtts, I deposit and transfer to him on juicy.. I write juicy a very clear email stating that I stake him, I am paying rake whenever he plays and asking to be able to cashout from my account (which I won't really be playing on) and they reply saying it doesn't matter I would still have to earn 1fpp per $ that I want to cashout. I understand they have this rule in place to avoid row players cashing out constantly for US playes but I was honest with them, it makes no sense for them to turn away our business, it's a terrible decision.. why wouldn't they let me cashout for only the 1 guy and no other accounts?? I mean jesus how can they be so stupid?
