My Iron poker account is locked and support doesn't respond to telephone calls or emails. It seems Ironpoker is no longer as when you visit their website you are told that they have closed their doors and then diverted to winnerpoker. I understand that Ironpoker was a sister site of winner poker. I had almost 5k in my account and now suddenly they disappear, what can I do? HELP

Update: I finally managed to get someone on the line at customer support and they told me that Iron poker has been shut down and that they would transfer the money I had on ironpoker to winnerpoker. I told them the problem with that is that I have had a winner account before and it was locked for apparently legitimate reasons, I was accused of collusion I think, so I started playing on Iron Poker. Support then said they would get in touch with me via email to resolve this issue. Will keep you posted...

I really hope they don't try to screw me over. If they no longer value me as a customer then I expect to receive a cashout as well. Hope this does not drag out for a long time...

The same problem. Can't speak with support via chat cause account locked. Phone support doesn't response (but now is 7 a.m. in Bulgaria)

btw it's not a good idea to lock account without any information

Was glad to read that my account is not the only one blocked today.
I hope that this is the effects of transferring players to winner poker

Yep, it's because Ironpoker closed. Nothing about transferring to winner poker. Simply cashout request via phone call.

Yeah same here, I just requested a cashout from them. Any of you know if the email support is still answering people?

The guy on the phone didn't know, he told me he will request a cashout but didn't giveme a timeframe.

if iron is a 'sister site' of winning there is a very high chance we get our balance back right?

Hopefully within a few days, that would tilt me super hard to get scammed after the effort I put in this month.

Titan Poker is actually also a sister site and mirrors the same promotions as Iron Poker including the gladiator race and cashback program.

Now as I cannot join winner.com I would like to request for a withdrawal of my remaining funds via Instadebit. This is my full bankroll and I have worked hard over the past 6 months to get it to where it is, I will not get scammed after all the effort I have put into this. Please comply or I will contact the Malta Gaming Authorities with this.

Yesterday (Europe time) I received a message that my withdrawal has been processed.
It is suspicious that there was a mistake in a message about the amount

After 2 minutes, a message arrived with the correct amount.

If everything is ok and withdrawl request really has been processed, today-tomorrow the money should be on my debit card.

Don't know what will be with rb, but it's doesn't really matter.

Managment should **** themselves for such a terrible shutdown of the poker client.
Blocking accounts without any message is awful

screw this Ironpoker guys. cant login anymore. just got this joke email so far telling me that they closed their doors. My balance is not mentioned with a single ****ing word. wrote 2 emails so far recivied no answer to both. waiting a week now.
starting to get nervous about this

Man, I had just got up over $300 playing freerolls what phone number can I call to get a person, I've sent like 3 emails and no reply yet. Any info would be great I tried the toll free number for Canada and it doesn't even ring, Is there a direct line? Has anyone else actually received their money yet? Seriously I would have liked some kind of notification that they were thinking about closing like when Pokerstars closed Full Tilt They notified me like a month or 2 before and I actually got my money off.

The site is re-directing me to Titan Poker you think that they would be able to help if I contacted their support. As you can probably tell I have no Idea what to do but I wanna use that small roll ive built over the last few months (again playing freerolls) and actually build on it somewhere. (most likely 888 or ACR)

Please any info is greatly appreciated
