What happens if they don't pay someone? Do they add it back into the current Jackpot? I would hope so... Certainly couldn't keep it for the site or else I would never trust their 'investigations'...

Nothing yet? How long on average do they take to verify these? I'd be more than a little worried at this point even if I knew I didn't collude. To take so long I would think they found something worth digging into deeper.

The whole reason why I posted on here was to find out how long it will take to get the money. I didn't collude in any way, I don't even know anyone who plays on the Ipoker network, just played solid and never ran into any bad luck and won races. However I am getting very impatient, have been sending emails and calling but Winner Poker just says they are still reviewing.
I don't know whether to keep hounding them or to be patient. I am sure they are taking longer because I only have 28 tourneys on that account, the jackpot is huge and they are being careful. I have been playing poker for seven years, mostly live tournaments around home and home games but have some online experienced through the years. I even won 4 in a row in these Jackpots SNGs a few years ago.

I'd get a lawyer to send them by registered mail an official request demanding a specific reason for taking so long. It could be that other players colluded in your games, even if you didn't, and then they probably won't pay it out.

Lantz, have you said the user name which you won this jackpot? I see someone asked, but you seemed to avoid the question that is odd. One would assume you know the user name and skin that you played on to win a $150,000 jackpot instead of being generally confused about your various user names.

Assuming you are telling the truth, once you say your user name you will be able to get people here with detailed sharkscope analysis to help back your claim.

Of course, if you did collude that would be easy to spot as well based on the opponents you played, and that will have to be the default assumption unless you clarify which account you played under to win this.

A quick analysis ( I am heading out for a few hours) does have it look fairly legit. He played pretty much different people each time, only see one repeat player and it is a long time donk).

The opponents are a mix of people with minimal and a lot of experience, so this certainly is not a team of 6 working together. I imagine they need to confirm there was no chip dumping or soft play between him and some of the other low volume guys.

Thanks for the analysis, I did get an email last night and they did say it looks like they are going to pay out in a few days and apoligized for the delay, they asked me to confirm whether or not I new any players I played against (which I don't). Don't know why really they asked that, because even if someone did collude would they admit they new other players??? there must be a reason, anyways it is a great sign and I am back to being exited, thanks everyone for there input and I will keep you posted.

Just a question as to what form colluding would take in trying to win a jackpot. Are people simply trying to play a lot without risking money (thus taking turns winning)? Or do they look to make sure that anyone with a jackpottable (sic) hand stays in for the flop every time? It's not a brilliant question, I know, but until this thread I had never really thought about anyone cheating trying to get a jackpot, so I'm wondering how it's done.

Ipoker sng jackpot is based off winning a certain number of games in a row, not any given hand (which is a cash BBJ thing). Knowing this I'm sure you can figure out the rest

Still no money or update, I got an email friday saying they are almost finished with the collusion check and that they are likely going to pay this jackpot claim out in the next few days. They asked me to confirm that I didn't know any of the players in any tournament of my jackpot run. I sent them email saying that I didn't and now it is thursday and no update. Winner poker says that mgmt. is monitoring the claim and will call as soon as they have an update. They say Ipoker is telling them it is taking longer because of the size of the jackpot.

I am trying to be patient but this is crazy.

Got a phone call from Winner Poker on Friday informing me that Ipoker approved my jackpot claim and will be awarding me the jackpot. Now I am waiting for Winner Poker to deposit the money into my account.

I guess it's almost time to party, wish Winner Poker would deposit the money soon, getting anxious. This thread is proof Ipoker does pay these jackpots to players who win fairly, it took awhile but it will be worth the wait. WSOP here I come. Thanks everyone for the informative posts.

Thats funny, you're right though. Seriously though it is a huge amount of money and after I pay off my debts and put a chunk on my mortgage, I will have enough left over to have a healthy bankroll for poker. Gonna go to the world series as it was something I always wanted to do, may just play some events and satellites to try and get in to the main event, we'll see. I am just really lucky the jackpot was carried over for so many weeks really.
I guess I should wait until it is safely in my account, I was told they approved the claim and I didn't collude but no money in my account yet, you never know.

Have Winner Poker put the money into your account yet ?

I am now paid in full in my poker account, I really didn't think it was going to happen, but it was well worth the wait. I was pretty nervous and impatient, but Winner Poker reps were great, one girl took control and notified management and it seemed to move along better from there. If anyone is looking for a great Ipoker skin they have great customer service and are always available.
Off to Vegas next month, I love that place!
