Hello Fellow Poker Players,

I hope this will be the right place to post my current experience with an IPoker Site "Iron Poker". I have been playing on Iron for about a year maybe a little bit longer and have never had an issue, just this year i have cashed out 6500$ CAD with no issues what-so ever. So on the 26th of January i had requested my largest cash-out since playing on the site which was $8000CAD i had cashed out at roughly around 10:13PM. So today i had logged in and decided to talk to live chat about my withdrawal as they say their policy is that all withdrawals are processed within 24-48 hours and usually i have had them done and processed in 24 hours. The VIP host in the live chat assured me it has not been 48 hours yet and that it will be in a couple hours, though i knew it was over 48 hours as i had requested the withdrawal on Thursday night and it was now Sunday night, but i did not bother and just said okay thank you for your assistance and i will proceed to wait for it to be approved. Couple hours passed and i had tried to log in again to speak with the chat to come to the message that my account was suspended and to call a number which by the way just continues to disconnect. I had checked my email to see if they had emailed me anything and there was nothing there. So i proceeded to send them an email a few minutes ago. Any REPS here or anybody that can give me some advise is greatly appreciated, as to this point i thought it was a reputable site and still do.Will keep it updated as things unfold as to why they have done this.

Now it seems that Iron Poker support is acting stupid and has told me about a withdrawl that i have already received...hmmm... Here is the email from mr paquito lol

Lol you requested a cashout just before the weekend and you are already freaking out after less than 48 hours? That's just being paranoid. If the site has been reliable, start freaking out after a week, not 48 hours on a weekend.

So i had requested a withdrawal request on Iron Poker on date: Thu, Feb 16, 2017 at 2:34 PM Feb 16 (7 days ago). I am still waiting for the withdrawal to be processed on their end and being the higher tier of their VIP levels i have had withdrawals processed in 24 hours. Though for this withdrawal request in the amount of "We have received your withdrawal request for the total amount of CAD9,696.58." I am still waiting for the request to be processed and than of course wait 2 days for the funds to arrive. I have spoken with their live chat/email support/telephone support and they advise me they have no information on the withdrawal and will send it over to the "relevant department" who than will contact me and processes the withdrawal. Here below is the last response i received via EMAIL from IRON POKER support, who by the way is owned by Winner Poker.

Spoke with Live chat today finally after 10 attempts of trying to talk to someone. Pretty much the same response i have been getting through live chat. Suppose they are not authorized to do anything.

Charly: Upon checking I can see that the transaction is being reviewed i will do my best to speed up the processing , and once it is processed we will notify you via email

for larger cashouts >5k i would expect the site to do a more intensive screening process, dont expect less than 48hr processing time. international banks & different currencies add to this delay so just be patient

also iron is a sister site of titan, not winner

Hey thanks for the reply, its been 8 days since i requested the cash out 6 business days as of today... Also i'd like to point out Winner Poker management owns Iron poker as of the past year. Yeah I continue being patient just don't like them telling me i will get an email and not get one.Also their is no different currency in this case as my account is in the currency i requested the cash out. I always use same cash out method and money is there next day or day after. (business days)

Thanks for the reply, I've had loads of cash outs from year this year i've cashed out 5 times but this being the largest by 1.6ish. Def have always made good in the past just frustrating, if they would of just gave me a response of oh sorry this withdrawal will take 10-15 days due to.... But instead i am waiting for the email from the "relevant dept".

^^ Believe me I get it, and as a US player even more so. It sucks but lousy customer support and occasional cashout delays are unfortunately just the nature of the beast. Hopefully this changes in the future.

Yeah its just really strange because they are usually on top of withdrawals max 48 hours to processes in my experience. Now its been 10 days and still not approved nor no reply. Hopefully tomorrow

UPDATE:11 days ago now, I requested the withdrawal once again i spoke with live chat who has told me the same old that they have not heard back from relevant department in regards to why the withdrawal STILL has not been processed they just told me to keep waiting and could not provide further info.. Will continue updating as things progress.

u can also try talking to ur rakeback affiliate who might have interior contacts who can speed things along or give a reason for the delay

Definitely too long at this point, when I see skins like winner and iron offer these huge deals but are basically nonames skins with questionable historys then threads like this come along makes me glad I take the lower rb% and stay where I'm at. Hopefully they don't eventually accuse you of cheating and keep your funds
Did you ever mention what games you played ?
Was this last cash out you made the entire roll on the site or you still have some left on iron?

Yeah only problem with that was my affliate who i had signed up with had posted on the site that they are no longer affliated with Iron Poker due to the change in management, so they were unable to do anything or did not even respond to me.. So kinda a lose lose.

Yeah I mean I've never had a problem with the site to be honest other than this lengthy time of a wait for a withdrawal to just be approved with no answers given to whats taking so long. I totally understand security checks but I mean 12 days for a site not that big kind of made me really inpatient. Normally I had my withdrawals processed in 24-48 hours and received the next business day in the bank. Other than these instances. I always leave partial balance never take out full roll.

Update on-Day 12

Proceeded to contact MGA (Licence of Iron And Many Other IPOKER Skins). There replied back after a day or two and wanted to know if the withdrawal has been processed to my satisfaction as of yet. I did not mention the site in question within the message to the MGA due to the respect I've had dealing with Iron Poker and wanted to wait it out at least 2 weeks before i proceeded doing so. So I went over to Iron Poker's live chat and let them know I have posted the conversation below. 2 hours later the withdrawal has been approved and is on route to my bank, though there was no email that explained why it was so lengthy but hey i am happy at least my money is possibly on the way.

have u had followup cashouts that went smoothly?

its concerning that it got processed (coincidence?) under threat of reporting to the MGA (u did this as politely as possible btw which was the right approach)

slow paying is the first indication of liquidity issues and if this continues to be an ongoing problem, it might be worth it to bring it up in the ipoker thread so others can report feedback on their cashouts as well
