Re: Ipoker (betmost) Responsible Gaming

Lol finally got a response after calling them this morning. So I guess they did get my emails after all. But why can't they just set the limit instead of asking all this, I'm not making a big withdrawal.

Why are you making all this hassle for yourself? Tell them you have a gambling problem and they will close the account. You said at the top that you want to shut down all accounts except for pokerstars, but this is obviously not the case.

You are complaining about deposit limits but it sounds like you have a gambling problem and should just get the account closed. Especially if you are going to have to jump through hoops to get a deposit limit.

Telling yourself you will do this stuff seems like just another way of putting off closing the last account where you can go on a gambling binge (is that a thing?).

Re: Ipoker (betmost) Responsible Gaming

I only have a gambling problem when I'm drunk, I still like to play poker - putting a deposit limit means I cant lose any more than $20 a week, which is nothing in the grand scheme of things.

The only point of the thread is that they refused to answer any emails asking for a deposit limit, and after finally responding after a lengthy phone call where I said I would write an article in the local paper they make it difficult to do.

They said that they didn't receive any emails from me, which was obviously not true since they finally responded.

I take full responsibility for my gambling/drinking and don't blame the site for my own actions.

Just making the point about how hard it was to get the limit implemented which does come under the terms about responsible gambling.

PS I see my email address is in my last post, can it be removed by a mod? Thanks.

Lol. Stopped reading after "I'm tired of coming home drunk and maxing out my cc" maybe u just need to get better at playing drunk. I think its fun to wake up and have no idea how much is in my account. Just cuz you're drunk doesn't mean you aren't responsible for your actions.

You could have someone change your password for you and not tell you when you are going to drink...

Re: Ipoker (betmost) Responsible Gaming

Why do people keep saying I have to be responsible for my own actions? I've repeatedly said I take responsibility for my own actions and don't blame the site for that.

I blame the site for not responding to numerous requests to implement a deposit limit.
