I request a check 1/29/12 and received the check in 4 days and it cleared with no problems. Good work Intertops!

unfortunately we are unable to process USD bankwires at the moment. Most likely this payout option will become available again within the next weeks. But of course we can offer Checks and Money Transfers as simple payout methods for our US customers.

Everyone signed up with the knowledge that we would be able to get money off of intertops without charge once a month. I totally understand why wires are not a possibility right now, but it would be nice if we ever given an equivalent alternative in the mean time. Maybe even a bonus equal to the amount of fees associated with the first cashout for the month would be nice.

Bodog doesn't give rakeback, most Merge skins do NOT offer WU payouts and they charge $15 for checks. Bodog you get ONE free check per month, $50 thereafter (same as Intertops price). Cake, well, Cake takes 4 months to pay. Everleaf paid me free WU in a couple days, but that now takes a month last time I checked not to mention their Euro rake is ABSURD.

I chose Intertops knowing full well it would cost me $50 to get a check.

Cliffs: Sites can charge what they want. Some sites collect more rake while others give no rakeback. There is more to the situation than just looking at how much a cash out costs. You have to remember Intertops is a sportsbook, they are better off if it is difficult to cash out. Also, they really don't want to be sending out a lot of small checks in the current US environment. If you want friendly payouts for small stakes I recommend you take advantage of Bodog's 1 free check/month.

P.S. Intertops payout fees/information is publicly available information and has been posted in this thread numerous times. It is up to the customer to be informed.

Deposits and withdrawals are not as easy as before and merchants know this and can therefore demand more money for processing than before and believe me they do.
