Kinda my mistake, should have been more exact with the quote ... just thought it would make sense out of the context. Ah well, **** happens. Good luck on the felt!

Can players use a HUD such as holdem manager or poker tracker on intertops?

PT3 beta already worked for quite some time and they dropped the restrictions for HEM now as well, so should both work without any problems. I can confirm it does for the latest PT3 beta and a new release was published yesterday.

Re: ***Intertops Poker - Official Support & Promotions Thread***

Just made an account and I'm loving it so far.

Do you guys have any plans to add a time bank? This is really the biggest drawback to the software that I am seeing right now. I hope you add one soon, even if it is only an extra 30 seconds or something. I would like to play more tables, but nothing sucks more than timing out.

Time bank = more tables = more rake for you guys and more money for players

Thanks

Can anyone confirm that HEM2 works? And also is the HUD still only good for the current session or are they allowing it to function as it does everywhere else?

HEM2 works but you can't use the option of favorite seat. Someone just started another thread claiming the HUD is cumulative now but it's not for me. I'm using HM1 on Intertops.

It looks like PT is cumulative now, still waiting for HEM.

I wish there were more $33-$109 MTTs on the daily schedule. I would play more but the only tourny I wan't to play is the $55 5K.

A few minutes if both accounts are fully verified.

Re: ***Intertops Poker - Official Support & Promotions Thread***

Okay so i tried to withdraw my balance at intertops via bank wire. However, i was told by intertops... my bank... which is an online bank wouldn't be able to accept the wire transfer from intertops. Because of this, they allowed me to cashout for free by check. I then confirmed that i won't get a $50 fee deducted because of this reason.

It took about 3-4 days and then the cashout was approved and i saw they still deducted the $50 cashout fee by check. I asked them about this and they told me they made mistake and will credit me the $50. My problem though is i only have $50 and some cents in my account and cannot cashout since cashout is $150 minimum. And even if i cashout, it will cost $50 to cashout by check.

I then asked CS if i could do a transfer with another player because on this forum, i see people trade money like on merge network and cake so i assume intertops would as well. CS told me they don't offer that option... but i see previous posts that you can?

I just find it bit frustrating that they told me b/c of my situation, i get free cashout and then when i made the cashout request and told them, i saw the fee deducted from my balance, they told me to not worry about it as it been noted in my acct i got a free cashout.

Can someone here confirm if i could trade intertops money?

You can definitely transfer money on Intertops via the p2p function, however this has to be enabled by support (either via email or live chat) after both accounts (sender and recipient) have been fully verified. The Intertops Rep should also be back soon to confirm this as well.

I was going to deposit using a prepaid gift card. I see if i go to cashout i need a copy of all the credit cards i have used. Well i dont have them all. Will that be a problem if i only have the last card used to deposit? I have only deposited once before and that was a giftcard that I have since thrown away. I'm not cashing out now just wondering beforehand.
