Question: I recently lost my Poker World account on the Cake Network because they left the US market. Cake only allows 1 RB account on the Network that I'm aware of. Since Poker World left the US market, am I free to choose any skin? Can I join Intertops without breaking the Cake Network terms and conditions?

Hi TiltTheTilt and thank you for writing us!

Normally a player has to be inactive for at least 90 days to be able to open a new rakeback account with a skin at Cake if the player already has a rakeback account on the network. However, in this case I do not see any problems in you choosing another skin since PW left the US market.
I will investigate this issue and come back to you ASAP.

Best regards,

Hjalmar

Hi betty345

No, a player has to be inactive at least 90 days to be able to open a new rakeback account with another skin.

Hi i<3fishes

I hope all is well! You should be able to use the first deposit bonus as usual but if you of any reason come across problems doing it I would appreciate if you would write me at affiliate@intertops.com and I will fix it for you.

I thought of moving to Cake Network, but due to the recent cashout issues Cake Poker (where I have RB) is no option.
Unfortunately I logged into my account two weeks ago and played a Gold Chip SNG.

I guess your cashier works independent from Cake?

I actually have an account with you (from 2007 or so), without an affiliate and without ever using it.

Can I still get rakeback on Intertops and how long do I have to wait now?
Hi HelloNitty

If you have a rakeback account, logged in and played two weeks ago it will not be possible for you to have rakeback with another site for at least 90 days. When that period is over I will be happy to give you rakeback with Intertops
Regarding our cashier it is as you say, it is independent from Cake and our payment processing is working very well.

Have a nice weekend!

Best regards,

Hjalmar

Hi 5thStreetHog

I do not think Cake will lie to you intentionally and that that info came from someone that was missinformed. However, it is true that you will have to be inactive for at least 90 days to be able to open a new rakeback account with another skin. I would be happy to offer you a deal with Intertops but we do play by the rules.

Hjalmar

Hi again TiltTheTilt

If anyone lost the ability to play on the Cake Network all together because a skin/site banned US traffic or left the network that player should be able to choose whichever skin/site he/she wants.

How would http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/28...ttled-1040155/ of been handled if it was at your site? (it is very relvant because it was cake)

Just curious, what was the site doing in the 13 years before it went online? The company timeline had me wondering.

Hi SovietRussia

A bit depending on which withdrawal method but for instance with checks we say the following: If you want to withdraw money from your Intertops account using a check, simply fill out our payout form. You will receive your check by fedex within 5 business days.

However, I would recommend you to read about withdrawal methods on: https://www.intertops.eu/template/cl...text=pk&lan=en

Here you can see which method suits you the best and what time you can expect.

Best regards,

Hjalmar

Hi Hjalmar,

Can you do player-to-player transfers between different skins on the Cake Network? Specifically can money be sent from Cake Poker to Intertops? Also, does Intertops have any time limits or number-of-hands-played limits required for cashing out after a deposit?

Thanks,
Carlos

So far I am very pleased with the cashier. I sent in the required documents via e-mail and received a response within an hour that they were approved. I made a withdrawal today also but haven't got the confirmation it was approved just yet, but overall I am happy with the response times so far.

You might want to search the forums and read up on the UIGEA.
