This would still be a problem even if OP fully complied with Intertops request. Intertops is equally vulnerable to this method of attack whether or not the photo is blacked out. They have nothing to verify the photo against.
Also, the hacker would not be able to obtain the dough anyway as it is being sent back via a moneygram to the SAME account it came in from, which is controlled by OP. Unless the hacker deposited the money in the first place... this is getting pretty far-fetched.

I was asked by Neteller to email unedited images of my credit card (LOL), so I just declined and stopped using Neteller. (They allowed money to be moved between sites, but not sent back to my credit card)
