Finally an update. Just received this email...

Dear Valued Player,

Welcome (once again) to all subscribers to Infiniti Poker Nation! It has been a while since the last update and I want to take the opportunity here to fill everyone in on the status of Infiniti Poker, our software and launch status. As our list of subscribers is perpetually growing, we were required to switch email service providers in order to accommodate for our growing audience. We appreciate your patience during this adjustment period.

LAUNCH STATUS:

First and foremost, YES, we are launching!! This I would like to make 100% clear to everyone. I often receive messages from many of you taking part in the beta test program that are enriched with support and recommendations for the platform and also regular inquiries for a specific launch date. Because of the fact that we have been required to push back previous launch dates, primarily due to my desire to continually improve upon and enhance our game room features and back-end functionality, I have become resistant to fielding questions about specific launch times. In the end, it is more important for me to ensure that all facets of our software has been properly developed, tested and certified so that our valued clientele’s best interests remain as our #1 priority. Having said this, I would encourage everyone to follow us on Twitter and Facebook for up to date reports on our upcoming launch status.

``INFINIVISION`` BETA INTRODUCTION:

A critical update is now available for the beta software that will take effect once you run the following link on your web browser:

http://139.142.147.229/Infinivision-130320.exe.

Once installed, you will notice a significant change in the look and feel of Infiniti Poker’s lobby configuration. The Beta tables as you have come to know them are now indicated as “Avatar” tables, and you will also notice that there is one table that is designated as “Infinivision” – This is the next round of testing that we want to introduce in preparation for our launch. Infinivision is the central core surrounding our social media-centric gaming platform and we would truly value and appreciate your input and feedback as to your impressions of the concept and observations of its functionality. You will require a webcam to participate in the Infinivision testing, but keep in mind that we would like to test both the Infinivision and Avatar tables at the same time. Refer to our Facebook page (www.facebook.com/infinitipoker) for instructional guides/screenshots of the Infinivision gaming features.

Thank you once again for your ongoing support and enthusiasm. Make sure to follow us on Twitter and Facebook for regular updates and announcements. We look forward to hearing your input during the Infinivision Beta Test phase.

See You At The Tables!

Sincerely,

Michael Hajduk
Chairman, CEO
Infiniti Poker Inc.

I just tried it out and this site isn't going anywheres, the site gives u 10000 play chips to use but when u sit down at a table it says u have 0 chips. Not to impressed with the graphics either it doesn't fit on my laptop screen.

Redundant to keep sending emails about supposed imminent launches just launch. Just to send to be relevant is ridiculous.

no ones gonna play on the webcam tables or if they do they will darken their room ,wear sunglasses, put on a batman mask, show the top 1/3 of their forehead, or something else even worse (on PokerView once a really old couple did a porno show on their webcam)

if you're just about to get started playing online do you think we should wait for a new room like this one or join one of the existing rooms?

US Player or international?

US player then research the other sites but understand the money deposited may be money lost. It is just the way the US players have to live. If you want BTC play then Seals with Clubs is up and online. Otherwise .. infinity we can hope but not promising ..

Cash .. research Carbon/merge, Bovada (no rakeback and anonymous play),
Winning Poker network (Skin America's card room). Lock but payouts very slow lots of issues here.

International you have the pick of the litter.

FYI, online play is very difficult .. (not like live at all), learn, research and have fun .. great hobby tough to make money.

US player. was looking into carbon but saw how long the payouts were and really turned me away. i think i might have to look into bitcoins as my best bet

I understand your frustration. I'm excited as well to get Infiniti Poker off the ground.

Infiniti Poker will be going into soft launch this summer. During these next several weeks, we will need people to test the beta and help us refine the software. Follow me @SwagPoker and/or keep your eyes peeled for the newsletter to stay abreast of site developments.

I appreciate your patience but we're taking the extra time so we can get it done right, and not rush out a sub-optimal product. Believe me, nobody wants to get playing sooner than I do!

Wow I started this thread months ago and still nothing yet.

I logged into the beta last night and there were 2 players, including myself. I would really like to see this take off. Not only am I a Bitcoin trader, but I am a poker player who is looking for a decent place to play. I have tried Carbon and I am not waiting months for my money. I have tried ACR and I like it, but last time I played there was no SnG traffic and that is my money maker. I have played on Seals, but their SnG traffic is non-existant. Plus, I really hate their software.

Infiniti LOOKS good. But with 2 people logged in around 9 or 10 PM EST, is not a good sign, even in beta testing. They have got to really pump this thing up right now if they are gonna have any traffic come launch week.

Just my 0.002 BTC.

Guys, this is not how you launch a successful product. It will never be perfect, you need to get it actually out there so that you can see how the real players react. If you have done security testing to ensure everything is up to par, then just launch it and pump up regular updates. You cant just sit back in your office and keep brainstorming new features. Launch the product, learn from your customers, and iterate.

With all the hype, I thought this site was already up and running.

Webcam idea is cool but I think it will be a dud. First guy that flashes something that somebody doesn't want to see will kill it.

How will it be different than SwC aside from more money spent on marketing?

And how do you become a sponsored pro a year in advance of site launch?

This is what happens when you let poker players run an engineering studio.... Learn how to launch.

The problem is that they have been hyping this site for over a year now with little to no progress. I can understand wanting to have all of your ducks in a row before launch, but the buzz is gone.

I checked in on the site a few days ago after receiving an email about some super beta test...not much has changed which has me asking what exactly have they been doing all this time?

The site has a clean look, very similar to Tilt when they were in beta, but it still needs some polishing.

Another question I have is did they miss the boat on US players by waiting too long now that the DOJ has their eye on Bitcoin.

Time will tell, I'm excited for a new US facing site, but I have a feeling that Infiniti is imploding before they even start. I hope I'm wrong.

Been on their mailing list over a year, never got a link to beta test software or anything...just hype. Now I got an email about a freeroll... still can't figure out how to download the software. Am I missing something?!
