Ignition Poker blocked my fully verified account with $2961 on it. They also refused to give any explanation why it happened or when I will be able to regain access to my hard earned money.

I feel helpless and frustrated and with each passing day these feelings only get stronger. Why can't I play? Why can't I have access to my money? Why am I being disrespected with meaningless copy pasted replies? Why is this situation even possible to begin with?

This is NOT how I was expecting to be treated by a reputable(???) company and I don't want to sit idly by any longer. Here is the full chronology of the events:

1/30/2017: To ensure faster withdrawals I sent a copy of my passport and a utility bill in 2 separate emails (because their email server didn't accept large hi-res photos).

1/31/2017: I received a reply confirming that one of the documents was verified.

I called them to make sure that my account is indeed fully verified to which they replied that I'm good to go and no documents are needed.

2/7/2017: I requested my first withdrawal only to learn the next day that my account is now blocked and they require me to send them my documents (again, really!?).

2/8/2017: The same documents were sent, only this time resized, so their crappy email server wouldn't block them.

2/12/2017: FOUR days later I learned that they didn't accept those documents and they want me to send different ones. I did just that.

2/13/2017: Day later I received an email saying that they got the required documents.

2/15/2017: Two days later I received a confirmation that my documents are all good (this whole process took a week!).

...BUT my account is still blocked and all my questions were left unanswered!

As of now I feel like I'm being taken advantage of and I only hope that this is some kind of mistake on Ignition's part. I want them to communicate with me and restore access to my account asap.

My last ticket reference number is #2286997-19576761#

Call them if you haven't done so already...not like they are stealing your money.

Probably some sort of miscommunication. They're pretty good with paying out. I've never had any issues.

How would you feel if someone was withholding your money and you had no idea why or for how long?

And I did call them. They said there's some kind of investigation. None of my questions were answered. Basically, I was told in a polite way to screw myself and wait.

For what it's worth I have no idea what is going on. I only played nl200 for a couple of days and won ~400bb, that's it.

i was just reading about this, well, that is, dealing with things that you dont have control over. like earlier, when a man in a van was driving super slow; instead of saying "**** you," i should have simply accepted it, no biggy.

your problem may be more important, money at hand. Be patient and wait. If you have done no wrongdoing, your money will be returned properly and be free used to how you see fit. In the meantime, forget about it and dont stress

If there is some sort of investigation, I'm sure they have good reason. Wait it out and if you honestly didn't do anything wrong, they will give you your money. I've withdrawn many times and every time went through with no problems.
