Tonight one of the people at Pitbull called me in at 3am... Kevin and Jordan were trying to take out the computers and leave without saying anything!!!

I'm effectively not working for Pitbull obviously, but I just wanted to tell you that Pitbull is over... we will make sure things come out clear. I was led to believe many things from the inside and seems it kicked me back in the butt. From where I see it now, Kevin is capable of anything, and I doubt he will pay players or employees by now.

Kevin and Jordan were taken by the local police thanks to the quick reaction of fellow co-workers who were suspecting foul play and arrived at the office after hours to find them taking out computers and equipment from the offices. I must say my computer was taken before they could arrive so it is lost pretty much.

I want you to know that while I was at Pitbull I only did my job and follow the instructions given, and I was not fully aware of the real situation, however I would say Kevin is really a scammer.

Thank you all and I hope you have a good night

Dave
"only did my job... not aware of the real situation"

Did it feel good ignoring crucial customer concerns like you did in this thread? Concerns that if answered truthfully could have saved a lot of people the money they are about to lose now.

If this really is Dave this kind of makes sense. There is only really 2 possibilities when it comes to Dave and PB.

1. Dave was really aware of all that PB was doing and was an actively trying to deceive everyone about PB. He didn't do a good job trying to convince everyone in this thread.

2. He was just employee part of the CS team. He was told a load of crap and when ?'s were asked in these threads, his bosses told him what to say (we didn't buy it) and he maybe thought they were telling the truth. It could be he new somethings going on at PB were shady but didn't have all info about the details.

Either way Dave should have figured out pretty fast after many ?'s were raised in this thread and he could never give a satisfactory answer. Many smart 2+2er investigated or raised serious ?'s that PB and Dave could never answer, about the HH's, security, superusers, where they are licensed, if they are licensed, where the operate from, ect. Dave should have realized long ago he was not getting the truth from PB when they couldn't answer these ?'s.

+1

If that guy is Dave and what he says is true I suspect it might take a while before it get out into the poker press if this just happened. They aren't the biggest site to begin with so as complaints trickle in (if this is true) I'm sure it will get more coverage.

I've contacted a major newspaper based in San Jose. Hopefully they will look into this and can confirm he was arrested. I guess we are gonna find out how much the local authorities care about people running scams in their country.

Hold up, assuming this is Dave, does anybody else find any flaws in his story?

I am wondering how they took his computer before they could be stopped, but were also arrested. I'm trying to find a number for the local police and will call them when I do, to hopefully confirm the story.

Even better, Why were they arrested? It was all fun and games with 'Super Users' But For using 'Super Duper Users?' They decided to pack up and bail....

Re: I suspect Pitbull Poker has superusers!

Well they are located in San Jose/San Pedro, so whatever station is nearest to them would probably know if something happened in that area.

If the story is true they were probably arrested because of money Kevin B owes to employees and a partner and not because of the cheating. A guy like him could very well have some other stuff going on we haven't heard about too that could get him arrested.

Re: I suspect Pitbull Poker has superusers!

Man I would really worry about being arrested in Costa Rica too. I was arrested in Mexico for taking a piss on the beach, and I'll tell you it was ugly. No shoes in their jail is just one of the many uncomfortable things about being there.

Fortunately 50 bucks solved the situation and I ran back home to Long Beach as fast as I could.

1. Don't **** with the Mexican Federalies.

2. Carry cash with you in case you do run into one.

3. Kevin and his partner, if true, are feeling it right now.
