Re: I suspect Pitbull Poker has superusers!

Thx. His posts can't be viewed anymore. Is there a way to retrieve them?

In that PM above he seems to say that Kevin is a puppet for another company. I have to admit that kind of scares me and i'm not sure I would want to try too hard to research it.

Re: I suspect Pitbull Poker has superusers!

I made this post back in january under my old 2+2 sn. Too bad I posted it in the wrong place (and admittedly flimsy evidence) and nobody with similar experiences saw it then or we might have shut these cheats down much earlier. Unfortunately all I got was 90% flame and sarcasm and I gave up doing anything further until the HH's arrived which of course they never did.

(and yes, in this post there is a subtheme of vindication to the haters in that thread who are so good at instantly judging)

Re: I suspect Pitbull Poker has superusers!

Guys,

I am here to clarify a few things for you:

1. I am not related to the excellent Brenes brothers. In Costa Rica, Brenes is a relatively common last name.
2. I am a real person, hired by Pitbull Gaming over a year ago to look after the network they were building and along the line I started to taking care of other tasks to eventually look after the forums with the idea of providing an additional support venue.
3. The HH policy is what I know; I follow the policies and terms that the company has set. I am not making new policies out of thin air. We have never sent HHs like the ones requested and has always been the same policy (at least since I joined the company).
4. I am not attempting to be deceitful with you guys or anyone, I was actually trying to be a mediator and resolve the conflict.
5. As of today I am not posting anymore and you will have to deal ONLY with Customer Support if you want to keep asking for HHs or ask for payouts or whatever you can think of.

Good bye

Just explain one thing to me before you go please. Why did you tell me over email that I would be receiving the HH's but now you say that it has always been company policy not to send them as I requested?

At least Dave cleared up one burning question. He is, in fact, not related to Humberto Brenes. Glad we straightened that out.
