My statement was that I am disappointed to see a BodogService rep viewing such a thread, w/out making a comment. Weather they have posted 100 times in the past or never posted at all, does not change my feeling of disappointment that they might not feel a need to step in and offer their side of the story. (In a 2+2 pre-approved way or otherwise).

The fact they, (as the now top provider of online Poker to US Residents) had not responded to this, causes me a slight feeling of disappointment, as stated in my OP.

The fact they don't participate more in this forum, is a bit disappointing.

I think the point is that the account you're referring to possibly isn't even a true "Bodog service rep". That could be anybody. It is unfortunate that Bodog doesn't have a rep here to intervene in these threads but does that really change their position in the market? No. As long as they still pay out promptly and have some of the best games on the web they will continue to be number 1.

I'd venture to guess that the majority of their player pool doesn't even actively participate in these forums.

Can't stress how frustrating knowing I was cheated but not having proof because of the anonymous factor is. They've been "investigating my claim " 2 days now but I'm not a low we'd to see notes or speak directly to security team so it's a waiting game. I am hopefull that the 2 days without decision is a good sign as it should mean there's something that caught there eye and they are really digging in now. I could be wrong. Really hope I'm not. I have not checked this for 2 weeks......I realized that the majority of you were against me.......I was at Borgata for the last 10 days, playing live and online.....most of the players I told about this actually agreed with the majority of you.......to me I will never see that side. and I cant call everyone I talked about this with morons because those names include micky appleman and ted forrest......they must be real short to be playing my limits live......anyway. since I hate about 80% of you ill tell you the good news and the lot of you can take this up your ass and smk it.....deposited 100 on bet online last tue......I thought they had limit 08 they did not.....so I was forced to play pl and pl08........before last night I had 9500 in account. tosted off 2600 last night. but still 100- 6900. im that good. bovada is not out of the woods with me just yet I have a laywer in quebec fighting for me for a %.......I will continue to win money and the rest of you can side with the cheats that cheated me........one day you will get screwed by a site not paying you....then you will see what it feels like. see you at the tables.

As much as it pains me to say, I can verify this. I have been playing in the games with sjw. Saw him leave with a bunch of big stacks, however I was mainly there for his 2600 decline where he was voicing his opinion pretty strongly and bragging about being up 9k this week. (now 6800 or so) Not surprising he ran it up with his choice of play style, however I'm glad to see him find a new home.

Losing almost 10 buyins while bragging about winning X amount this week isn't really the sign of the brightest star in the sky in my eyes. Just a guy on a heater that is pretty chilly from the looks of things.

If it's ok to use their company credit card & other assets to fund an online poker account that seems likely to be involved in a Collusion Ring, stealing poker players money, then it's ok to post comments on the Companys Facebook page to see if they have any comment on this matter, that might set the record straight.

The local community they serve deserves to know how these people operate. I am certain some of them play poker too.

You do not get banned for any of that. Not for your GF having an account, not for playing at your GFs house, even from the same computer. My guess at some point you guys were sitting at the same table or your boss had made multiple accounts and was colluding.
