Officially you get one change, but if you're a regular you can email support and request another change basically as many times as you want.

This is one of the things that annoy me about stars....its supposed to only be once because of that lame "thats how you get identified and its like a live game you cant change your face, blah blah blah" BS.....but if you are a regular you can change it a ton of times.

So its another example of stars staunchly using a reason to justify their hard stance on 1 issue, but then ignoring that same reason for a similar issue.

dont get me wrong, I love the hell out of stars....but theyve got some real hypocrisy in some of their decisions

I just tried to change my picture for the 2nd time in 5 and change years and was shocked to get the message that it's not allowed. I've seen regs change them so often I had no idea there was a one change limit. bizzarro.

That's weird. Ive been on stars for about 9 months and have mine changed twice. Non due to complaints.

change your image.

We have updated your account privileges so you may change your image.

To change it, start the PokerStars software, and from the Lobby screen, select:

'Account' -> 'Select/Change Image'

All you have to do is ask. Sexy has changed his image many times and he is a habitual chat offender. If they let Sexy they will let anyone.

I've never heard of anyone being denied. I always thought they just needed to slow down the number of images being submitted for screening.

If there was no e-mail required I'd probably be queuing up another avatar change every day.

They allow this b/c all wrestling avatars look the same imo...... I mean really are you decieving anybody by switching out 1 steroid infested avatar for another ??? I think not

It is simply a matter of resources, first they have to be screened for acceptability becuase a large majority of people just couldn't resist putting things with good shock value. Personally I've never changed mine, too lazy, doesn't mean enough for me to bother. It simply prevents abuse, I bet there would be at least 500 players that would want to change theirs every week, and that is probably a conservative #.
