It is a bit off, but the reasoning is because when a tournament is created, it is created with payment options, such as a ticket, cash or vip, unfortunately, some tournaments that were created a while back do not have these options, so you can't use the ticket for it.

I will forward this to Merge and see if they can do a run through of the Guaranteed tournaments to get all the coupons available for it.

Actually the Hero Amazon /women only tables are freerolls/promotions only, so they aren't being taken out of the player pool. In actuality, they will have more opportunity for bonus money, so they'll have more cash at the table in general and I don't think that giving this opportunity is a bad thing at all. So they aren't being partitioned where it counts. Thanks.

Can you add a tab for the SNG Leaderboard to the Player Admin section of the website? All the other new promos are shown on there now just missing that one.

Thanks.

Thanks. The main problem is that people playing $2 r/a sattys that award $33 tickets rarely have the bankroll to actually play a $33 r/a, so you either have to try and win 3+ tickets, or you're kind of stuck with this ticket you can't really use .

Is it still possible to get rakeback with hero poker??
07-18-2011 , 08:47 PM
A small error to report on the HORSE MTT.

When you switch tables the game resets to LHE instead of staying on the same rotation. I had six or seven rotations of LHE and none of Stud/8.

Sorry not possible unless you had RB on another merge site.

I would think this is a major development issue but I'm going to bring it up.

Um...if 4 to 6 weeks range is acceptable and they actually are getting processed, then yes. But if that range isn't acceptable as a wait, then it's pretty much the same except that people have eventually gotten their check after waiting the max 6 weeks.

Sorry about that, unfortunately not, we've stopped taking US players on May 25th, but I think every Merge site is aggressively moving forward with promotions just at different times.

Not likely, but again, lots of Merge sites out there, but if things were to ever change, I'd post it here but again, not likely. Apologies.

We don't do cash outs by Western union, deposits are generally instantaneous providing you have followed the instructions to the letter.

Are you aware of the news article on liquidpoker talking about merge possibly opening back up to US players? Any comments on it? Thanks.

I don't think it is anything new, I think it has always been Merge's intention to re-enter the US market, but since Hero will not re-enter the US market, I am honestly out of the loop on this US issue.

Guys, will be in transit for the next 24hours.
Just email at marketing@heropoker.com and I'll sort out whatever issues as soon as I land and get booked into.

LOL I'm a woman and I'm was never a fan of ladies games before playing in the PokerStars Women's League that they started last August. I made some good money in those games and got some good practice in controlling the monkeytilt that playing in games with only other women caused me.

I came to learn that many women just aren't that comfortable playing in open games. I think anything that helps bring more women into the game is great so if it takes some ladies only games to get them to start playing then I'm all for it.

I was surprised that out of over 6K runners in the WSOP ME only 240ish were women. So that said, again getting more women into poker is a good thing.

As you say more women = more fish, lol (ladies I'm just kidding)

Just wondering if WU deposit fees are being reimbursed? If yes, what exactly does one need to do to receive reimbursement?

not if they just play against each other and never test the waters in the main pool. If something segregates the fish from the main player pool it is anything but good for poker.

Just email me at marketing@heropoker.com with your user name after you'd done the successful deposit.

Cheers.

David,

I WU deposited $1k and asked/emailed support to cover the WU fees and got a reply back that you guys don't do that. Has this changed?

Edit: Also, is there any way to up the max deposit amount?

No it hasn't but you need to email me directly, and not support.
marketing@heropoker.com

An unfortunately we're not in a position to up the max deposit amount, right now it stands a 1k per week.

Cheers,
David
