- Missouri
- Louisiana
are no longer taking sign-ups accounts previously made are being accepted, but as of midnight May 25, Hero Poker will be accepting no further signups from the US.

You may be part of these states, in which case apologies for the time you had spent to register.

They are listed in the Regular multi tourney area, "The Quarter Quicky" one is running right now, the other one is later tonight in 15 hours or so.

3 months and yes, its the same date to play it though or trade it in, but if you finish it, I'll still give you the tickets for a job well done. =)

Re bolded part above. There seems to be 2 lists going around. Can you confirm or deny if WA state is included for new sign ups? And what about Kentucky (you can't even access sites from within their state, from what I have heard). Just for information, and some claiming why not WA state?

He noted states, WA D.C. is not a state, but a jurisdiction. Online poker has been illegal in WA state for a while now.

Most folks know that, however - its been illegal in other states also (particularly Kentucky). They've allowed sign ups from WA state. They currently (as far as I can tell) allow signups from KY. Don't know if they still do - the list passed around yesterday was Washington, DC (and Merge doesn't quantify the difference between a state and a district).

Not true, I play from KY every day. I signed up for PS/FT back home in NY a long time ago but signed up for Hero (merge) just recently. States aren't smart enough to block entire websites access on a state level IMO.

Man oh man, if they offered a quicker check service for a fee, this would easily be the best room/skin around. Even so, they're pretty close as it is.

Edit: Okay, I forgot...they need to bring back live chat 24/7 SOOOO so bad, but that is supposedly going to come back sometime in the near future if I'm not mistaken

****, been too long since that last post, so sorry to double post, but:

I forgot to say something last night, but when playing a tourny (at least, six-handed ones), the tables are completely awful about balancing. 4 tables left, 6 on one, 5 on two, and 4 on mine...exact same thing happened last night. Please, PLEASE fix this...it can really make a difference when deep in a six-handed

+1, stuff like this needs work. I played a few hands 3 handed not at the final table of a 6-max last night. Shouldn't happen.

I would love to play at HERO..... I made an account there just in time before MERGE shut down Louisiana people from making new accounts, but the sad news is that my CC does not work on your processor and UseMywallet is done and gone and that is what I use to use to provide cash in my poker games, I hope I find a way to provide cash there because you really sold me on this post I am currently at Feltstars, and looking to play else where on the MERGE network because it seems as if Feltstars does not have good V.I.P. program and there customer service is not great.

Just use Western Union. It's fast!

Guys I completely agree as most of my tourneys that I personally set up are 6 handed, and I've even had one player switch tables 6 times before he played one hand. I am going to ask why this occurs exactly and get back to you all.

I have had trouble with WesternUnion I did transfer for $250 dollars and I put the correct name and country which most of the time is Philippines. Well I did it online and I have had success at Feltstars doing it, well what happen is that WU had whole new layout online it use to big and out there asking to either send USA cash or Philippines money well on the new site I did not see where it ask that question and when I went through the whole process at the end it showed it sent USA cash, well I waited and waited then finally i get message in poker room stating declined and I was like WTF, well after two days waiting because poker skin did not have customer service chat they finally tell me it is not correct and cannot find the problem anyways it took over a week adn half to get my money back in bank account, so I do not go that route any more because scared customer service will not be there to help only MERGE skin i know to have telephone service is PLayers Only and they are very helpful in getting WU done, so I only go that route with them.

Also I have greendot card or whatever anyone wants or I would do transfer WU to other person if they would do P2P, If I could just get $20 dollars on site I know I would own.... lol I turned $20 on Players Only to $1500 in one week.

Also I wish I could have made the freeroll at HERO the 30k but I was busy with the family that day because it was my little girl b-day I was like oh yea my little one b-day and I could make free money in one day but it turned out to be one busy day and all I wanted to do that day was make her happy because she turned 2 .

I get similar issues with players about once every 3 days because they sent the money in pesos, spelled a name wrong, etc, but I'm always available to sort it out, just email at marketing@heropoker.com as well if you're on Hero.

First thanks for running the freeroll i was one of the ones to win and have run the money up quickly.

Question, Im planning a cashout soon, and want to be preemptive and send my verification in, however since i didnt deposit or use a credit card what all do they want to see? Just my license? do i need to send a copy of a credit / card or debit card anyway?
