Check your spam or something. Also, there is also an resend verification code on the client software. Click account, verify email, and there is an option to resend verification email highlighted in blue.

Correct. I believe it takes 50000 VIPs to clear the whole $600

What I got was 100% up to $600 cleared at 75 VIP per $1 done $5 at a time. So you need 375 VIP to clear first $5 and so forth. I did not have to put any bonus code to sign up..I just emailed them and they added the bonus to my account.

Hey guys, sorry for the lack of regular replies on my part as of late, I had to do some overseas meetings and while I did take everyone's advice to get some rest, I've just been traveling.

For the WU withdraw option, you have to have had deposited using it, but the network has made some automated conditions on it; so even if you used WU to deposit, it may not give you the option to withdraw using it right away, but I can always follow up on your account;

As an aside: msn, live, hotmail (all under microsoft) randomly blocks our emails, and we've contacted them about 10 times and no one on their end knows what to do and where this affects us is our initial verification email.

So, again, issues like this, please email marketing@heropoker.co.uk - of course new players won't know this, but hopefully our tech guy will sort this out in the next couple of weeks.

Best,
Dave

Dave,

In the 1 am est $200 freeroll there was suspicious activity.

A player named 0000sergbaws had 70 similarly named entrants

Ex.
0000sergbaws
0000sergbaws11
0000seegbaws12
And so on.

They all appeared to be sitting out. Let me know

Dave: any plans to implement a custom bet slider like pokerstars? for instance right now you have 1/2 and 3/4 pot buttons and X2 etc but it would be really helpful for us to be able to put in our own % on 3~ different buttons instead of the default ones if we choose. this is one thing that every site should have imo

Re: ***Hero Poker CEO Official Player Relations Thread***

Dave,

I have no idea how much input you have on the next Maximus schedule, but I think it would be wise to encourage them to not neglect non-NLHE tournaments as much as they did last time. Yes, NLHE is always the most popular game, but with as many Maximus events as they have, there should be at least one event for every game that Merge supports.

Full Tilt always saw a spike in non-NLHE cash and tourney play after every FTOPS event, because people would either jump in those FTOPS events and then start playing the game regularly, or because they would start playing those games in order to give themselves a better shot at shipping an event at the next FTOPS, etc.

PokerStars and FTP always realized this and use their major series' to launch new games (7-game, 10-game, etc) but Merge was really, really ignorant in this regard in the first Maximus series.

I agree, I hope they add a HORSE or a HEROS tournament this year. At least that way we could play all the limit games at once. Make it a $109 buy in though please.
