1. Seeing FOLD cover up someone's name/stack is totally unnecessary. Make the text smaller like Myx said (always good to have an option to turn if off!)

2. Having the default multi chip stacks cover up important info like stack sizes is totally uncool, that shouldn't have mad it out of the lab!!

3. I click sit out, but it sits there waiting for me to fold and uses all my timebank

4. Info tab should come back.

5. The lobby updates much too slow. I can't tell you how many times I've joined a 4/6 sng and gotten registration failed. Opened numerous MTT lobbies and had player count be way off. I ain't usin dial up and neither are your servers, should be able to get this info quickly!

6. When you click on a friends's tournament it should auto go to their table. It puts me in the lobby and I have to do it? Just silly

7. Everytime I switch between the tournament and SnG tabs I have to double click the filter button to turn it back on that is absurd. Saveable filters would be neato!

8. Filters don't work 100%. For SnGs the $5 bounty 6max doesn't show unless your have slider down to $2. If you set the max to $10 the $20 bounty shows, same thing with 20/30. Set it to 50 and the 82.50 shows up. Can't recall, but I know there's a few other quirks too.

9. There's this gigantic slab of real estate on the left of the lobby. A. Should be able to get rid of it (and as for now why don't I see upcoming tournaments listed?) and B. Lobby needs to be resizeable horizontally.

10. Tournament lobby is too cluttered. There's no need for 2x of each 45 man. Satellites don't go off enough to require such either, even on select busy weekend hours it seems unnecessary. Why are they not organized by type/buyin? I'm sure everyone would appreciate it if went 180s/90s/45s/super satties all by buyin.

11. Some tournaments (mostly sats) start 10 minutes before break. This is obviously uncool/weird. Others start on time, but don't go on break for 2 hours OR go on break at the half hour (1 or 2 that do that iirc). Fully synchd breaks would be sweet

12. Satellites don't end when they should. I'm sick of locking up seats then having to go allin 5 times to get my prize

13. Would be sweet to see time till blinds up in tournament lobby when considering late reg!

14. MTT lobby should be redesigned to include a section listing satellite options! Given that there's not a ton of satty options you wouldn't need much space even could just give er a quick rearrange

15. I for one prefer the tournament lobby to say Starts in XX min...just a thought

16. I tag someone with a color and the WHOLE BOX turns? Sweet jesus. Highlight the corners of the box please! Most of the colors are unusable, because it makes it hard to read names/stack sizes. Not to mention it just looks ridiculous

17. Player tags are glitchy. Sometimes I mark someone with X and I see them a day later with Y. Sometimes a person I've never tagged has one, sometimes a person has a tag that I simply don't use.

18. FOCUS STEALING OMG. New game starts it steals focus and interrupts the flow. Then I the little pop up box is always on top of whatever table it comes to. I can't click the table and put it behind, I have to click OK or close it THEN focus goes to that newly opened table.

19. No countdown for table transfers please, just do it...why wait? Half the time I transfer tables my game leaps across the screen too

edit: LOL
Wrong thread for this. This belongs in **Merge Upgraded 6.0 Client FAQ & Feedback Thread**

I have bumped it so you can place it there.

Quick question is hero open to US now, I'm in a merge approved state, so might want to change skins.

If you use your two eyes you would see the *** Merge Network deposit/withdrawal discussion thread*** on the front page of the internet poker page. This keeps you up to date on how fast ALL Merge skins are sending checks out.

Could a site come up with a plan that would let you trade in your money for a land tournament entry, instead of cashing out? That would be a fun incentive for some I think. If it was possible someone would have done it by now I'm sure. Whenever I watch the WPT on tv they always feature the one winner from their online site who qualified to play in that tournament. Made me think it would be nice to be able to transfer money on Merge for a tournament entry. Would be easier than cashing out also.

Re: ***Hero Poker CEO Official Player Relations Thread***

Because we see so many threads or posts on twoplustwo complaining or whining about some perceived injustice or unfairness in regard to all types of different skins, I have decided to post my positive initial experience with Hero. People all to often take the time to complain, but then do not take the time to give praise where praise is due.

With that in mind I am happy to say that I just joined Hero. The basis for doing so was soley because of Dave and the involvement and dedication he not only puts into Hero itself, but also to Hero's actual players. Transparency can simply not be overstated in today's poker market. I, along with many of you I assume, will play on any site simply if transparency and trust are offered. Unfortunately, these two traits are hard to come by in today's online poker market. I believe players, however, will come if a site offers these two traits regardless of how many freerolls, VIP points, or how long a cashout may possibly take on the site. I believe Hero offers as much transparency and trust as humanly possible in today's market.

Personally, I have been out of the poker game since Black Friday. I have been extremely hesitant due to the shenanigans in the US along with the proven and established shadyness of companies like Everleaf and Full Tilt. Over the course of the last year, I have had perodical discussions with Dave about the state of online poker. Refreshingly, our initial discussions weren't simply "how long for cashout" or "tell me about VIP". They were actual substantive discussions about the industry itself and where it may be moving in the future. It was nice to simply have a substantive discussion with a site higher up about the industry itself as opposed to some standard canned response I became so used to see in my prior playing days. Just the mere fact that Dave took the time to engage in such discussions even though I had yet to give any indication that I was willing or even looking to get back into the US online poker scene, cannot be overstated.

As my discussions with Dave continued, however, I became more and more comfortable, or at least open to trying out Hero. While I have only been officially on the site for approximately 2 weeks I can say I have been 100% satisfied. Even when I had a personal issue with my initial deposit Dave came through and meet my needs. Moreover, I love the Chosen One promo. While some complain, as can be expected, I as a busy professional love the lotto format. Furthermore, I am 90% a cashgame player and it is refreshing to finally see a site evolve with the market in an effort to meet all types of players needs. Hero seems to have a little bit for everybody. While everyone is entitled to their opinion I find it troubling that someone would actually take the time to complain about something that is free.

Lastly, if I may add my two cents in response to those complaining -- the test should not be whether the promos or cashouts or VIP system serves your sole individual interests. Instead, it should be whether the above serve the community overall as a whole. If the community is served as a whole the site overall will grow in process, which in turn will trickle down to you individually. Thus, I suggest all of us start looking at the forest as opposed to just the trees.

Anyways, this is getting long so I am going to wrap it up here.

Cliffs:
(1) New to Hero,
(2) Love Hero's (Dave) transparency and trust,
(3) Love Choosen Ones promo, and
(4) Would recommend Hero 100% without reservation.

That is awesome CwazyMonter. It is always great to hear feedback from new players about the site. I know you will love the rewards program also. Once you hit level milestones it will make your experience with Hero Poker that much more enjoyable.

Feel like the only way that would work is if online poker would open up again in US and a site with high enough volume would partner with a big event coordinator like the WSOP, where both mutually benefit from bigger prizepools and advertising. Full Tilt would've been it. However, I do agree cashouts would be easier assuming all they have to do is purchase a ticket, give them your info, etc, but even if it were that simple, people don't like to do things manually. Setting up an automated system is work, and needs to be justified by volume also. Even if it's as simple as adding your name to the list of winners many sites do of satty package winners, and simply label it "<name of poker site> players going to <name of event> so you can mix winners with those who've directly purchased a package. Also added work for Merge if you change your mind and cannot play, to get you a refund, if possible, and if not possible, guess who the user will hate for life. Bad PR. Doesn't seem like a big deal to us, but this is prob a fraction of what a poker site has to or doesn't want to think about (because of complications or simple laziness) before they implement features like this.

Mmm, love that word in business. Rare to see that as an attribute of a business, and I highly agree.
