Well, since I was gonna use Western U, they don't generally get auto applied (at least on Carbon), since you initiate the deposit, then need to leave to finish it (though I may have a work around on that).

PS - they are raising fees if folks use the online service - they are charging to make up for lack of money conversion costs - if you do online, they are charging $15 for $100 (think I saw someone mention that). So - going out of the house MAY keep the fee at $12.,

Ugh. So pissed I had to work today for 7 hours making a measly $48 when I could have easily banked $100. Whatever I plan on depositing on Hero asap anyway, This support is literally the nuts. Get some sleep David!

something you might want to look into:

When I click on the vip bar in the lobby, where for me it says farmer, that takes me to internet and a player admin page. (I was trying to find where it was written about the vip levels and bonuses). Anyway the last two times I accessed this page from that vip bar, I got some kind of error message and the client closed down. I wish I could be more specific but I couldn't get the error again when I tried the third time, but I was sitting out so maybe its when you are playing and access that. The error message had Jet something in it. Sorry I know this probably is too vague to help.

My account has rakeback so I earn VIP pts at the 20% rate. However I'm also clearing the $100 bonus at the 20% rate which doesn't seem right.

Not sure how dated this is, but here is a Carbon Poker bonus clearing table. Like Dave said, the objective is a difficult one if Hero is similar. Hope they improve here.

As I still haven't gotten a reply from your site from yesterdays e-mails, I doubt that I would ever put any real money there.

It seems in the rush to start a new site you forgot customer service, and that's a shame.

Dave is doing a super job answering stuff here, but either there is a software bug in their "direct" to support widget in their software or you guys are all FOS.

Nice, so not accounting for any skill advantage, the freeroll had a value of over $25. Not bad

I mean, I guess it could be half that considering 15k of the 30k was a bonus that needed to be cleared but still not bad for a no deposit free roll. I probably missed a pretty good chance at grinding a no deposit BR. Starting with $100 and a bonus is pretty easy TBH.

Good luck to those that did. I'm a little jealous as I've not made the Merge jump yet and when I do I'll have to deposit and you don't

Which is why Dave is on here since he has explained in several post Merge network is overloaded by new customers..... live support is down and email is taking so long. Dave has taken upon himself to answer as many questions as possible where other Merge skins have not been so fast in response.

So go FYP and find a nice forest to troll in.

So how hard is it to auto e-mail new customers with this type of info you guys are expecting me to have collected here through osmosis?

FWIW I did PM Dave and he got back to me by PM with the password, but it was after reg time. But I got the password from KevMath on twitter.

So you are definately a shill. What part of "after reg time" are you too dumb to get? Please re-read the thread title I think you are confused. It's not "let's get all up in Hero Poker's Nutsack", it's "player relations".
