Every time I play on any Merge skin it takes forever to load. When it finally loads everything freezes for a few minutes. Anyone else have this problem?

I have only played on Hero. Couple times the client didn't go past the initial screen after user and pwrd entry. I just closed and restarted once, and did a laptop reboot the other.

Hi David or Dave it is possible to convert merge hand history into Universal Hand Re-player and turn XML into raw plain text?

I'm curious. Can anyone tell me what the various stars mean that players have? Thanks

You're talking about the wrong site

I think it means how many hands you have played. I believe you can only get them through cash games.

No, it has something to do with the amount of rake paid. Platinum > Gold > Bronze It doesn't matter if you are a tournament or cash player.

This looks good, but next time around with a promotion like this can you make it at an earlier time? Especially considering this is US only it seems a little bit silly to have to start so late for the east coast.

I can understand some will feel as casper does, but I didn't think 10 pm was too bad.

Are they any updates on the expected rake changes for limit games? When can we expect to see this announcement?

It could certainly be worse and I applaud the promotion in general. I figured I might as well speak up for recreational (i.e. full time employed) players on the East Coast.

A year ago, I was trying to get RPM Seth to do this for months. He didn't come through. More recently I have tried to get the two Carbon reps on here to do the same thing, and they weren't able to accomplish this either.

From my personal experience, Dave (Hero CEO) is someone who gets things done timely and efficiently; to have a clear line of communication to someone this high up within the poker site which you may want to play on, is huge benefit. When things are running smoothly you really don't think about it, but when something does go wrong it's massively +EV to be able to get in touch w/ someone quickly who has the motivation and the ability to resolve issues!

I agree that an earlier start time would be better. Mid afternoon PST seems like it would be good for most US based players.

I was told that there was an announcement in the Hero client saying that the 300 who cashed the US freeroll last weekend will be able to opt in to some promotion rather than clearing the $100 bonus. Any info about this, Dave?

holy ****, this would be SO SO amazing. Freaking RB is screwing me here. Regardless, (and I've said this on P5's plenty, but thought I would chime in here) David is seriously one of the best things US online poker has going for it right now. Also, to those saying make the freerolls earlier, screw off! haha. Its late enough to where i might actually get to play occasionally as it is.

+1 on the time. It's nice to see some west coast-friendly times when most US-facing sites are either totally EST/EDT-centric or Euro time-centric.

Played in this last night and had alot of fun. Never played 6 handed before. The 10 min levels seemed to balance good with the quicker play of the short handed tables. I crashed out in 30 something place. I may give it another go tonite. Thanks for the fun free rolls! If 2200 EDT is too late for folks the daily $200 full ring NL holdem free roll is at 2100.

David, any chance at getting Merge to make one last tweak to the hyperturbo structure and add a level between 25/50 and 50/100? There's some number of husng players who feel the structure would be perfect with the addition of...say...a 35/70 level (a thread in this forum and in the husng forum discuss the structure relatively extensively). The games have recently been vastly improved, and with just this one small change they'd probably never have to be looked at again.

I ask here cause you really seem to get things done and have the players interests at heart. When I start playing on Merge, Hero will be my skin of choice...hope you guys don't restrict joins before then!
