its quite possible that they close both accounts as they believe u (not ur wife) were in control of the 2nd account at various times. this is the very definition of multi-accounting

Why not just email this to Stars and ask them, rather than posting it here and asking a bunch of strangers on the Internet who don't know the whole story?

First thing you should do is stop lying. It doesn't matter that you're lying to us I guess, other than Stars is reading this and watching you try to shame them with lies. But don't lie to them. It's obvious that you did what they say you did: busted a tourney on one account and used the other one to reg after you busted. "My wife decided to play!" Nobody is gonna believe that **** nor should they.

Sounds like even given what you did, Stars is willing to let you keep at least one of the accounts. So just tell them you are sorry and you are willing to do whatever they ask, but the emails are unclear so you'd like them to clarify what you're doing, which account you can keep etc.

It seems no money is being confiscated here. You just might lose one account. As you should.

Hey bessonism, something similar has just happened to me, do they take your money or just close the account?

2 things

1. read the thread before you ask questions that have already been answered

2. every situation is unique, so what you are doing is pointless. Your only option is to wait until stars contacts you.
