One bad apple spoiled the bunch....We saw from the AP/UB scandel that if sites do get caught cheating, the kawnahawkee gaming commission will cover it up, the CEO's will have to sell the company, players will get refunded and no names will be released....
Absolute was fined, suffered the worst publicity imaginable, players were (rightfully) refunded and some names were released. Even you know of Russ Hamilton, right?

Do you just make this **** up as you go along? Are you 14 or just a high school drop out?

we've been asking for proof for months. how much more patient can we be?

anyway, since you're indisputably a lying liar, I don't believe that you'll be providing anything of value ever.

No one is taking you seriously because you are using really really soft logic, and are providing zero actual data to back any of your claims.

Using the "why can't I make this claim to help everyone" approach is flawed as well, because all that would do is encourage anyone to make any claim about anything using that as a defense and then saying it should be looked at seriously.

That is why people who make these claims need to provide actual data and proof. You have not done so as of yet.

One thing that baffles me about rigtard conspiracy people is that they seem to think government involvement will solve the problem and make everyone happy.

Governments are the biggest source of wacky conspiracy theories.

Hey, look at your FDA example

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/User:CK...iracy_theories

Quick highlights:

Believers usually hold that the FDA is a corrupt organization and serves the aims of the large pharmaceutical companies instead of the population, as they are supposed to. Often, believers of this theory also believe that the FDA and pharmaceutical companies are actively suppressing known cures for serious diseases such as cancer, HIV/AIDS, Alzheimer's Disease, and many others.

It is also claimed that drug companies (with help from the FDA) are attempting to get herbal products pulled off the market so that the population is forced to treat disease using pharmaceutical drugs, thus increasing the industry's profits. Some believers claim that if people are given knowledge of and access to herbal remedies, the pharmaceutical companies would go out of business.

What would you say to the people who have their theories about the FDA. Do you just accept them at face value? You seem to like the FDA so I assume not.

Recognize you are doing the same thing the FDA conspiracy people are doing.

You are correct in that Marc/Mark is a bit of a zealot Reality is though that your logic is flawed and your data has yet to be presented to prove anything.

Sorry to hear that. You may want to confirm that the FDA was not involved.
Uhhhh??? Do you guys claim this guy or what? I didnt say the FDA needs to regulate online poker...? I'll save my time on showing you statistics on how many drugs theyve banned that were thought to be safe, and how many lives they've saved by recognizing mad cow disease, and other found in raw meats...It's about their security. Lets use your point.
Let's say "Marc" owns a meat company that produces 85 percent of the meats transported across the world. People start to get sick eating "Marc's" ***** burgers. They write on the "Leg+thigh" chat forum discussing ***** burgers and raw meat saying "Mac's *****burgers gave my son salamanella." Then 1000's of other people said the same thing but at different times. It gets such attention that Marc and his ***** business have to do something or he's gonna go out of business. So Marc hires his brother and his boyfriend(not legally married b/c of the legalities) to over see and look into the matter. Creating the "*****aburger" Association. "$h!taaburger" gave a 5 month investigation.....you fill in the rest....

aside from being the words of a known liar, this is mind-numbingly dumb.

really, expressing yourself through the written word isn't your forte'. perhaps you should go back to crushing Sit n Go's instead. Or was that a lie too?

See, this provides a perfect example of how you use strange soft step based "logic."

1) You said poker needs government involvement like what the FDA does for food

2) I said I found that amusing since any government involvement is generally a source of conspiracy theories, not a solution. I simply gave FDA conspiracies (since you brought up the FDA) as an example.

3) You say you never said the FDA should regulate poker

Somehow, you went from steps 1 to 3 and formed in your mind that I had suggested that you said that the FDA should specifically regulate online poker. What caused you to make that belief structure? Who knows, it kind of makes no sense, but it indicates the type of flawed reasoning you tend to utilize.

Some of us would like to not sound ******ed in posts that anyone in the world can read as that's really not good for business.

Also when when you make typos it makes it really hard to believe any argument you've made because it's such a a simple thing to correct and if you can't take the time to correct spelling you definitely won't take the time to formulate a reasonable argument.

Beautiful! That's right up there with the Moran sign, and should be immortalized.

It reminds me of a notorious real note sent home by a teacher saying, "Johnny don't spell too good."

You want online poker regulated by who? Not by Americans please. Not by Australians either for that matter. I'm quite happy for online poker to be in whacky offshore locations, stupid american indian reserves etc with shady governments that act as loopholes so that online gambling can even exist. Without them we wouldn't be playing it at all imo. It'd have a $10 rake and tax deducted out of every pot if the American government ever got anywhere near it.

I'm not even slightly American but I do believe that Americans deserve the courtesy of capitalising the name of their country and its derivatives.

You do not seem to share a belief in that common courtesy which is sad.

However I have little regard for the ability of their (or any other) government to regulate online gambling effectively which is something about which you seem to have formed an unfortunate obsession.
