All calculations are based on equity when all-in:

Hand 1: 75% favourite lost
Hand 2: 86% favourite lost
Hand 3: 32% underdog tied
Hand 4: 18% underdog lost
Hand 5: 60% favourite lost

Since you consider it unfair when a 75% favourite loses (Hand 1), and also unfair when a 82% favourite wins (Hand 4), it seems like you're not being fair or reasonable in determining what is fair and unfair.
