Witness two says Sewhog did not 69 a seventy year old grandmother……in the red corner [the communists]
The burden of proof is on both witnesses.
Just because the red team aligns itself with the cartoon laws of the poker industry [the crooks] does not relive it of any of the burden of proof.
In murder trial the defendant is not required to take the stand
In a civil trial the defendant is required to take the stand, therefore, if the grandmother sued, sewhog would have to produce some evidence of not 69 the grandmother, than the 'did 69' team.

Your scheme of evidence and justice does not work.

The white team [good guys] present, what they think is evidence. The red team [communist swine] has the opportunity to challenge that evidence, which they do.
The red team claim poker is not rigged, yet produces no evidence, preferring to hide behind some bizarre idea that they are not required to produce evidence because they don’t bash there wife. To a casual observer the red team’s refusal to produce any evidence = guilty as charged poker is rigged.
.
The poker industry [the crooks] is a billion dollar industry producing a product, just like any other industry if they make a claim about that product [poker is fair] that claim should be backed up with facts.

What is the counter argument Wiki you don’t bash your wife.

Re: typical....guess which site!

look at this ****ing site its a god damn joke. there is no fuxcking point in playing when its CLEARLY RIGGED. there is just no way a single river card can HIT YOUR OPPONENT EVERY ****ING TIME. EVERY SINGLE TIME YOU ARE ALL IN THEY HIT. just look at this ****:

Poker Stars No Limit Hold'em Tournament - t25/t50 Blinds - 2 players
2+2 Hand Converter Powered By DeucesCracked

Hero (BTN/SB): t970 19.40 BBs
BB: t2030 40.60 BBs

Pre Flop: (t75) Hero is BTN/SB with 6 K
Hero raises to t100, BB calls t50

Flop: (t200) 6 4 K (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets t320, BB calls t320

Turn: (t840) T (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets t550 all in, BB calls t550

River: (t1940) A (2 players - 1 is all in)

Spoiler:

Poker Stars $2.00+$0.09 No Limit Hold'em Tournament - t25/t50 Blinds - 2 players
2+2 Hand Converter Powered By DeucesCracked

Hero (BB): t255 5.10 BBs
BTN/SB: t2745 54.90 BBs

Pre Flop: (t75) Hero is BB with K 9
BTN/SB calls t25, Hero checks

Flop: (t100) 3 2 K (2 players)
Hero checks, BTN/SB checks

Turn: (t100) J (2 players)
Hero bets t205 all in, BTN/SB calls t205

River: (t510) 8 (2 players - 1 is all in)

Spoiler:

hero bets 320 into a 200 pot and he calls with the 10 high flush draw?? then calls a turn all in? the reason people make these plays is because they get rewarded so frequently. the odds are different for bad players and its so evident to anyone who sits and plays any volume at the micros. literally every draw, 1/2/3/4 outter hits?
thats just the last two hands i played i took about 5 or 6 more beats just against these two idiots and is why i have practically no chips in that last hand. im sick to my stomach this site is SO CLEARLY RIGGED. HOW CAN THEY MAKE THESE CALLS?

OP, why don't you just save up your wages and play at low/mid stakes where it's not rigged?

Ok then, if this is your logic,

You, sewhog, are a dog rapist.

I have no evidence of this beyond a vague feeling, but, should you refuse to present evidence to the contrary, to the casual observer, you are a dog rapist.

Re: typical....guess which site!

37 pages of comments and the similarities are astonishing....

every talks about how they deposit and win a bit taking bad beats here and there as expected....then all of sudden they are losing every single 80/20 situation for days and days. the people on this forum are affiliated with jokerstars and will always try to convince you that its just "variance" and try to use math to make you think that what you are experiencing is normal. if they actually stopped for just a minute to actually think about what is happening it would be perfectly clear; this site is rigged.

when there are over 40+ cards left in a HU deck and they hit the 4 outter or better 90% of the time it should be obvious to anyone with a ****ing brain that there is something going on.

and when i sharkscope people or PTR them, i notice that these beats are never given to me by winning players. i've noticed in HU sngs that you will lose a race more than 90% of the time if your opponent is a loser, yet against a winning player your hands will hit or hold as expected.

this is too big of a coincidence.

No you can't. You're just an idiot who's running bad and playing equally as bad. There's no reason they would rig microstakes. They don't even generate a lot of rake from it. Just shut up and accept the fact you suck at poker and most likely life as well.

You words [we just gather facts] present those facts. Other wise the facts you talk about don’t exist. Please no cartoon facts.
.
Likely or unlikely to be rigged, you state it is extremely unlikely to be rigged, which means you must have some good evidence verging on the extreme evidence which is very close to proof. Please provide this extreme evidence.
.
The red team’s having trouble getting there story right, legally you are in a bit of bother here, on one hand you claim you should not have to produce evidence because the evidence is imposable to produce. On the other hand you have gathered extremely good evidence. Which one are you communist dogs going to run with.
.
Don’t have to produce evidence because they don’t bash there wife’s
.
Have enough evidence that it is extremely unlikely to be rigged.

they don't generate alot of rake from it? wtf are you smoking. go look it up idiot.

i am a winning player and this site is LIMITING my winnings in order to make more rake. over 300k hands things should be pretty clear and have evened out but instead i find more and more proof that this **** is rigged. what is the point of making the correct +EV telling yourself over and over again "oh well i made the right play and they got LUCKY". the numbers dont add up. people get "lucky" so frequently that i am beginning to wonder if it is more +EV to avoid all situations where i dont have them drawing dead.

IT IS ****ING RIGGED. I PROMISE YOU WE WILL FIND OUT SOON.
