So I have recently moved from Las Vegas, NV to central Mexico and I am having a hard time getting verified from PStars. I have rented a house that has all utilities paid by owner, so I have not one bill with my name on it. I also just opened a MX bank acct, but the bank cannot generate a statement with my MX address on it for a month So, do I really have to wait a month before I can submit proper paper work to Stars.. anyone else have this problem? They have verified my identity via passport,so no problem there... thanks

What does your lease have on it? Your name and the address you are staying at presumably. Stars didn't acdept it?

Ask them to escalate it to management. Should hopefully be sorted

on the plus side, stars holding up letting you play gives you the opportunity to look into sites that aren't stars

You didnt get anything on paper when you opened up the bank account or a debit card? I would try sending all that to pokerstars and see if that helped. Or go back to the bank and get as much paperwork as possible or deposit alil bit of money and ask for a statement maybe?

Back when I relocated I just had a lease in my name and the utilities were similar to your situation but I explained it to stars and attached as much possible paperwork for proof that i did indeed live there and they accepted it no problem.

Hope this helps, gl

My guess is that they're probably being extremely careful just in case you are another person trying to pretend he lives in another country just so he can play with the larger player pool. I'm sure there are some bills you can provide that aren't utilities. Internet isn't provided, right? Give them your internet bill. That's a big one since you'll be using said internet to play. How about a cell phone? Cable television? If you tell me that you have none of these, then I wouldn't believe your story, either.
