they may be able to be sued in the US. In the alternative, they can definitely be sued in FTP's jurisdiction, which obviously has legalized online gaming. Foreign judgments are typically enforced in US courts. Never say can't survivaldude (especially when talking out of one's arse

There is also a gaming commission where a claim can be made (talked about in one of these other long threads) - I even gave contact information for local reps on the board in the U.S.
Also, if Mr. Gatorade is wrong and has been posting her name all over the internet as a cheater, etc. (speculation - i've never been to his site nor do I follow this that closely) there could be a cause of action against him directly in the US.
It is quite possible that she hasnt done any of this because she has no case - who knows as it is not clear whether we have all the information.
