I would assume that both stars and FT have different bot detection technology. It seems wierd that she would use a bot on one site but not the other. Its also conceivable that the FT technology simply provided a false positive.

Of course it still proves nothing...

If it was long term and ongoing I assume they would take the entire account.

Wow this is going to be another epic thread again. Posting video proof of you playing against him on stars is probably good and all but does nothing at all to prove or disprove bot use aside from that 1 session.

Even then that 1 session could be questioned because there's quite a few monitors, it appears your running 2 different machines (needed for successful bot operation) and the video itself doesn't show much clearly other then the tables.

In the previous thread I did originally have sympathy for you but after FT confiscated your funds I was pretty sure they must have some good evidence of bot use on the site. FT is known for knee jerk reactions with freezing accounts and usually poor communication but my experience from lurking in these forums for quite some time is that people who are innocent end up getting the money back after a long and crazy process, but the people who lose the funds always seem to have done something to justify it.

Stars saying that you are not a bot is maybe something in your defense but the same as the video may mean you aren't using the software at stars or haven't been playing long enough for them to detect you. At this point I'm going to give you the benefit of the doubt and assume your probably innocent (of bot use at stars) as I think there is merit to your case against MrGatorade wanting to rid himself of competition at the tables.

You never did give us the full unedited version of events last time and I think that lost you a great deal of support more than anything. You admitted to not disclosing evidence that might make you look bad and people naturally drew their own conclusions from that.

I am not sure what the purpose of this new post is. Perhaps you are trying to get even with MrGatorade but the PokerStars video proves nothing.

I think you would have been well advised to just let the matter die if you are not prepared to reveal all that went on before.

Yea, I think she's just trying to prove she didn't use a bot now that I think about it a bit more. That's fine if that's what she wants. She admitted to breaking at least one T&C rule, and admitted other wrongdoing as well. Imo then, tilt was probably justified in taking her money and I don't see how that will change given she admitted it and technically has conceded it.

The bot stuff, Mr Gatorade, Tilt's handling of the situation, that's other stuff and she should tackle those issues if she wants and might not be such a bad thing given all the negative news around Mr Gatorade.

Also, sillysal, do you plan on coming clean in this thread? Regardless of your innocence or whatever, you weren't forthcoming in the last thread which will, and should, hurt your credibility here.
