I'm really curious to see what evidence you have to claim that FT uses house bots. I doubt your lawyer would have let you put that in there just as BS intimidation. As to whether you did violate FT rules and thus deserved to have the funds confiscated, I'm inclined to believe them at this point until more information comes out. You already admitted to using multiple accounts.

- Sal creates thread
- 2+2 goes ape****
- 2+2 discovers Sal multi-accounted, no longer on her side, wondering what else she is hiding
- FTP hires Darse Billings, posts on 2+2 attaching his name to case
- 2+2 solidly on the side of FTP
- Somehow over time this slides to 50/50 or even moreso to Sal's side. Those that question her guilt as a bot still say the multi-accounting is a ban+seizeable event (for the most part)
- Sal dedicates her life to destroying FTP in the way only a cynical 40yr old female could
- Eventually finds a lawyer to file a bull**** lawsuit where she has no chance of winning due to all the data being in FTPs hands. That's okay though, since the point to this lawsuit is obviously not to win, but instead to slander FTP in the press on rediculous FTP-run bot allegations which she pushes to TMZ for maximum idiot exposure.

I dunno, a lot of the high stakes headsup LHE regs seemed pretty undecided about whether she was using a bot after some long debates on here. This might force FTP to fork over its evidence if nothing else. Accusing FTP of using bots is bizarre and out of nowhere as far as I know. Still I'm rooting for her just because I'd like to see the sites not be sole judge, jury, and executioner with our money.

Well, from the original thread I think they analyzed her play against 3 other players that were suspected bots. They had similar stats.

This will be setled before it even gets to court, FTP really don't want the bad publicity.
