Hi, i am not sure where to post this. I have been a reg on party for the last few years and now I am a new player to full tilt/pokerstars. The user name VousFache was created two months ago and I have verified both accounts on Full Tilt/Pokerstars. I just went to make a deposit for the miniftops and I was locked out of my account. Then a few minutes later I received this in my email

Sorry for my sixth email, but I just bought a pack of cigarattes for my first time in four months. I do not have any recollection of OH - UR FACHE. I verified VOUSFACHE on Fulltilt and Pokerstars. Please do not close vousfache. I am begging security to please give me benefit of the doubt since my account was verified that I keep my player name vousfache. please help me

I have absolutely NO recollection of opening this account, nor any email that was used to open the account. I looked up the player name and 1 game was played in 2013.

My account was verified so what are the chances security will give me benefit of the doubt, because I am an honest player and I am not trying to ruin the integrity of the games.

This is the fourth time my account has been blocked. The previous three times were from me depositing and then having my account REOPENED !!

Why don't you email them and ask what the issue is with the account they claim is yours.

Pokerstars account is open. Yesterday I had to email pokerstars security and they said everything is fine.

Yes. VousFache was verified over two weeks ago. Since verification, my account has closed 3 times after that trying to deposit , only for my account to be reopened by security on Fulltilt AND POKERSTARS.. so you can see the psychological attachment I have to my name.

I wonder if they have read my emails yet and are deliberating about this being overturned, or read at all.

how can you side with the rules on this one? I am for rules, but this is a legitimate issue. My account was verified by pokerstars and full tilt. i deposited 3x through instant echeck. Why now? Everything i worked so hard for..
my account was verified AFTER the acquisition of pokerstars, this matter should be overturned and i should have my name back.

because the rules are the same for everyone, it's not their fault you already opened an account.

I'm sure we all learned a valuable lesson. Whenever you feel rules shouldn't apply to you, fall on the ground and cry like a baby. If you have an enormous hissy fit someone might get tired of you an absolve you of personal responsibility, for something you in fact clearly did, yet deny as you believe the rules should not apply to you.
