Hello xxx,

It has come to our attention that on June 29th 2014 that you have been stalling during games - taking up the maximum time permitted for every hand, no matter how obvious the decision.

Stalling is against the spirit of the game and poor etiquette. We want everybody to have a positive experience at Full Tilt Poker, and disruptive behavior such as this takes away everybody's fun.

We must ask you to refrain from using the full allotted amount of time in order to make each decision, including trivial folds of unplayable hands. Should there be any repeat infractions, then punitive measures will be introduced, up to and including a loss of playing privileges. We hope this clarifies our position on the matter.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Regards,

Brian
Full Tilt Poker Support Team

I use TN2, which is on list of approved software. I play 3 hyper HU SNG at once, and really don't understand this message.

Going to be hard to find sympathy here

I don't play tournaments but I wish they would temp-ban all the idiots in cash games who take the whole 30 seconds to fold every-time.

When I play HU cash, if the guy I am playing with takes his whole time bank to fold more then once I just sit out and leave. Its probably one of the most annoying things in poker.

If your your going to fold just insta fold, don't act on your other tables first then come back to the fold.. just feakin fold.

If you play normally then play normal HU SNGs, if you play faster then play Turbo HU SNGs, if you play quicker than faster then play Hyper Turbo HU SNGs.

easy

you have legit reasons to be upset OP, you shouldn't feel rushed or bullied at a poker table by the game provider.

U serious ? this does sound like a legit email from Rational, they observed this on 1 day only ? Yikes, play on another site that only emails you for promos.
Really, i just play absolutely normally as other players. I don't know what is going on. Really.

So what did they say when you emailed them back?

I didn't write them. After that they want verification, so I send them only it.

You may be profitable playing 3 sngs at once but if you're taking so much time that others complain then you might consider playing only 2 at a time.

That's if you're not stalling on purpose.

If a player complains and support investigates and sees that you're taking the full time bank to fold 72o then I'm totally on their side.

The time bank is intended for hard decisions. It is not intended for stalling or for you to play so many tables that you're consistently using it up.

Whilst I sympathise with the players who have to sit and wait for you to make each decision, the fact is they have given you an allotted time bank and it should be up to you how you use that timebank. If the software is not advanced enough to lower the time bank each time you use it to it's full extent then that's their problem, no?

Next week they will email you because you your raise sizes always end in a 0 or a 5.

I disagree with the fact that the site shouldn't be telling you how to use your time bank. Its a private business, and they can do whatever they want. If they feel you are using their software features (in this case the time bank) in a manner inconsistent with what they intended then they have the right to close your account.

Like an above poster said, the time bank is a feature intended for rare use to help with difficult decisions so you don't feel rushed.

It is NOT a tool for grinders to use every hand to slow down the game so they can play more tables.

It's pretty simple, if your are constantly timing out and using your time bank your playing too many tables.

It's unfair to ask the rest of the players to deal with an annoyance just so you can boost your ROI

you don't realise how using the maximum amount of time for every decision (especially in HU games) might piss the other player off?

If you don't understand their message, wouldn't it make more sense to ask them for clarification rather than have a bunch of anonymous forum posters take guesses at what it's all about?

Maxing the time bank could be seen as a way of trying to get other players off their game, increase the effective blinds by reducing hands per level, and IIRC it is in the terms of service that deliberate slowplay is not allowed. It is in fact not allowed to use the entire time bank every hand in a tournament. "can be done" =\= "is allowed"
