I am pretty sure that 3 of the ip's they have you ping in the network status report are dead, leading PokerStars support to fallaciously believe that I am having network problems. I checked the ip's with several ping-test websites, none of which showed responses.

Could some of you please run the Network Status Report and let me know which addresses are responding and which have 100% loss? I would appreciate this very much.

Yeah it's been like that for a while now. I'm really not sure why they haven't changed them to others in an update; it's a simple case of changing the text file trace.ini to different ervers.

AARGGGHH 18 Tbling sngs doing well hoping to make 4 buyins or more now zilch i guess i lose all 18!! If time warner cable not sure if they doom switched it or just interruption. However for me it is only to TW cable vpn works when I hook into work network.

I was having the same trouble but additionally would be able to surf the net pefectly but would dissconnect from stars....worked with stars they said it was my isp...isp said they had no problems so i narrowed it down and bought a new faster wireless router which fixed the problem. until the same problem with disconnect started up sporatically this week. maybe this time it is a stars issue?

I would not put it past our POS government to attempt to block access these sites (and fail miserably.) I'm sure stars & tilt have many failover lines ready. I know some small IT companies that have three ISPs just in case 1 or even two of their lines ever failed.

The scary thing is that ICANN (manages all domain names and IP addresses) is located in the U.S. I would hope that is it not possible for our government to issue blocks to these sites without creating a bill and going through congress. I do not believe that their has ever been a nationwide blocked site.

I know Kentucky tried to block all gambling/gaming sites....not sure if they ever successfully implemented that.
