Do you enjoy your job as a customer service rep at FTP?

But to some, who are not so fortunate, and live pay check to paycheck and have waited a month for payment it does matter.
This is ridiculous. What if breakeven for a month (or more!) or go on a huge downswing? Are you homeless? Cant eat? Putting yourself in this situation as a "professional" poker player is extremely irresponsible and simply dumb.
You should be fully aware that things like this can and do happen in the today's world of online poker. Think about Neteller, PP pulling out or more recently the debacle over at microgaming.
You guys act like FT is trying to pull a fast one on you guys and run off with your money-- this is not the case.

You are exactly right. I just went online to try and contact Howard Ledered. I can't find his email address anywhere.

Re: Full Tilt bank xfers

Here's my reply from the PPA(btw, no money for me yet either):

Hi David,

The PPA has gotten involved in this and contacted both sites about the issue. We have an excellent relationship with both sites, and have seen enough documentation as well as progress to believe that both sites are working diligently to resolve this issue. We at the PPA have no reason to not take these two sites at there word, because they have together been the leader in the industry for high standards and customer support and I have seen nothing to the contrary to change my mind on that.

You seem pretty certain they have stolen your money. I've never seen them tell anyone they plan on keeping it - do you have some information to the contrary? Slow to pay, bad CS? Yes. Shady? Perhaps. Crooks? A little premature, IMO.

Then we have this:

It read as follows:

FTP is All Out! I requested a $500 withdrawal on April 16th and have received no money. Visit website http://www.gambling911.com/Full-Tilt...out-Complaints to view hundreds of complaints about FTP. Try and withdraw your money and see the problem firsthand.

I recommend others doing the same to get the message out to active players. Make 'em cut us off one at a time or else pay the players!
I admire your tenacity, but if pushed too far this could result in your account being locked, and I really don't think it's going to get your money back any faster.

They don't have to. I've already abandoned it. After all, if they get caught lying about when my money is supposed to arrive after 3 times, I am smart enough to figure out that it's history and so is my playing there. I just want others to be aware of what is going to happen to them also.

I truly hope you don't get your money.

edit: Because then you'd have an excuse for being a douche.

Thanks for your sound advice. However, the point remains that I have been lied to on 3 separate occasions from FTP. I'm not worried about being "locked out". I don't intend on playing there ever again anyway.

Re: Full Tilt bank xfers

So whats preventing FTP, 9 days from now, saying that they are super-duper absolutely positively mega sure that the money will be here in another 9-14 days? After that it will be 3-5 months and so on. They might not be crooks yet but they are confirmed LIARS.
