Would not surprise me in the least if it turned out that they were just stalling as long as they could before pulling the plug on all American players

Full Tilt All Out!

I have contacted the Kahnawake Gaming Commission in Canada. Hopefully, they are catching some flack for Full Tilt making the decision to steal money. Have you contacted them yet?

Latest / Greatest Idea. I'm going to log in to FTP and do a cut and paste as an observer informing active players that FTP isn't paying their clients. We can cut and paste this URL. If we all do likewise, they are going to have to start doing some damage control.

Is there any way maybe some of the higher stake players let the pros know about this?

Re: Full Tilt bank xfers

some of you guys are going a little to far..

i seriously doubt we will NEVER see our money. FTP and STARs are having the same issue.. its not just FTP pulling a fast one.

if you think FTP or STARs is just going to pull out of the US market you have got to be smoking crack.

they will hire ilegal mexicans to run currency in gold and silver barefoot to our doors before they pull out because of a Bank issue

Re: Full Tilt bank xfers

Just got new update email from FTP

Dear BDholla89,

We are writing to further clarify and apologize for the significant delay which has affected your recent bank transfer withdrawal:

Date: 17-Apr-08
Amount: $1000.00
Transaction: xxxxxxxx

These delays, while outside of our control, are also outside acceptable norms.

We have been working to expedite these delayed transactions using every means at our disposal, including constant communication with our third-party payment processing services.

We are now satisfied that all delayed transfers will be fully processed and all delayed funds deposited in your account within the next 7 days and by Friday May 23rd at the absolute latest.

Once again, we apologize sincerely for any inconvenience caused.

Re: Full Tilt bank xfers

Dear FTP:

Not only do I need the $$$ I withdrew a month ago and haven't received, I need the next withdrawal that I haven't even made yet because I'm being conservative and I don't trust you.

What do I have to do to get you to let me have my money from off of your site?

Can you FedEx me a check by tomorrow?
Can you Western Union me my money?
How 'bout a Moneygram?
Hire out an armored truck and I'll meet it somewhere and you can just give it to me directly in cash?
Will you transfer my money for me to Pokerstars so that I can get it offline from there?

So by clarify they mean what?

'We just want to clarify that when we tell you 3-5 days that means nothing and we just throw that out there for the heck of it, but when we say 7 days that is superdooper superfinal.'

They didn't clarify anything in the email.

There's no hope of leaving fishy games just for you Granny. Organizing gamblers is harder than herding cats.

Yea and Party will never leave the US market; nor will Neteller, Pinnacle, etc etc.

If they can't get us our money, they will have little choice

Full Tilt All Out!

I login(ed) to FTP as an observer and went to each running game. I did a note in Microsoft Word and then did a cut and paste. I went to each game, clicked in the chat area and hit enter. The following message went to all the players at each game. I'm doing it again in 2 hours and 2 hours, etc.

It read as follows:

FTP is All Out! I requested a $500 withdrawal on April 16th and have received no money. Visit website http://www.gambling911.com/Full-Tilt...out-Complaints to view hundreds of complaints about FTP. Try and withdraw your money and see the problem firsthand.
