Is there a way to fold in rush and still watch the hand before moving to a different table?

Also I ordered a product from the FTP store prior to Black Friday and never received it, but the points were removed from my account.

IIRC what I used to do was 'sit out next hand' right before I folded, then you could watch the hand play out, and also have some extra time to make notes, write sarcastic chat messages, etc.

5 hours and no response,

The owners may be poker stars but poker stars quality support this is not.

Probably, but I would think that this would be predictable and that they would want to start off by making a good impression all things considered.

A slow response now will just lead to some players figuring it isn't worth the trouble.

I was pretty sure it´s 25%? Diamonds get $2.50 for 100 FT-Points and you get 10 points for every $ rake you contributed (=> $100 rake means 1k points, means $25 rakeback).

Trying to sit at play money tables and getting a popup that reads

"You are currently restricted from playing in Real Money ring games, as we are unable to offer you Real Money play."

Anyone else running into this? I'm positive I'm in the correct play money spot and not hitting real money tables.

Just logged on to FT first time in 1.5 years, seems like my full balance and points are all right, feels great

Anyone knows how the Ring Game Tickets work? It says:
