My balance is off by a couple of hundred.

Also, while I'm happy other people are finally getting rakeback, I think I should be grandfathered in with the 27% I was getting before.

don't understand the effort spent to request verification documents pre-launch only to ask for the same documents again when the site is available for login. plus a reply was actually sent confirming that the verification is completed much earlier. Seems totally redundant...

I went to Canada to try to get setup and verified the week FTP went offline. I am now back home in USA. If I decide to move abroad, to say Mexico or Costa Rica, can I use my Canadian bank account to fund and verify my FTP account?

I have to say... I'm pretty happy! I seriously couldn't wait for all these pbms! "Pbm loggin in" and "missing x$" and "out got more $ than thought" are actually great news!

I myself can't log in now - I pray that all the $ is there!

And in before: "Player XXXX scammed me as I bought his balance and he never sent"

The only reason the room has come online now already is to do some beta testing before the actual launch. I'm sure it must be frustrating for all of you, but this is exactly why they are doing a beta test, so you don't have these problems when the actual room launches. So while complaining is your every right, don't be an ******* imo.

I got the email last month and already sent ID and address verification and got a reply saying they were accepted and I would have full access to my account.

Now I tried to login, got a popup saying they need additional security checks with manual ID and address verification and I should email support.

On a website says they will credit this back to account, but still nothing...
